Mount Erskine Provincial Park

Easy hike but the trail map is not correct. Use all trails. Good view, nice scenery on the way up.

The summit of Mount Erskine is beautiful and not that hard to get up. From the trailhead on juniper road is it approximately 4.2km round trip, 1hr45 mins round trip and 200m of elevation gain. Super quiet at the top in the middle of the day on a weekday. Definitely go on a clear day and you can see forever.

One of the highlights of Mount Erskine is the beautiful forest that covers the park. The trees are tall and lush, providing plenty of shade on hot summer days. The park also has a number of small creeks and streams, which add to the peaceful atmosphere.The hiking trails at Mount Erskine are well-maintained and range in difficulty, so there's something for everyone. The park is also home to a number of birds and other wildlife, making it a great spot for birdwatching.Overall, Mount Erskine is a wonderful place to spend a few hours in nature. The park is small but it has a lot to offer, with beautiful scenery, well-maintained trails, and a peaceful atmosphere. It's a great spot for a quick getaway from the city.

Fun place to hike for a couple of hours. There are nice views from the look out points and plenty of shade along the trails. Decent amount of parking. We saw about 5 groups of people over the course of 2.5hrs which isn’t too bad. Recommend it if you want a fun hike to do on the island. It’s definitly ok for beginners as well.

Good hike to submit. Took 60 min to go up (one way) to summit from East side. Follow the marked numbers carefully. Nice view from the top.

Wow! A great park with many clearly marked trails. Taking trail #3, I would say the views were better than Mount Maxwell. There is an interesting small cave along this trail too. I only saw two 'fairy doors' heading back to the parking area using trail #2. A beautiful, cleansing hike.

It definitely Wasn’t easy, make sure u bring water and some good shoes. We did trail 1 and saw 2 fairy doors. The most beautiful view was there and we just catched the sunset

Great hike with some hidden fairy doors. We entered from Trustees Trail and only saw 3 doors in total. The views are beautiful.

Beautiful hike! Not too hard but still brings a good sweat. The view was amazing! Could see from so far away!
