I wish I could give you zero .. 2 weeks ago I went there for hair Color and straightening.I spend $260 dollars but color went away within one week and am losing my hairs too . I went there with my problems . They said there is not our fault some time depends on the hair growing. I said I need to go back home that’s why I did that . Tony spoke very rudely with me and said again I have to pay for that but no grantees. Plz guys don’t waste your money here

Clean and well done, the gentleman has skilled hands and you can see it with his handling of scissors and clippers. I was beaming, because he knew without me asking, I had needed my eyebrows done.Highly recommend.

Haircut was fine but at the end of the haircut I was told my hair was too long so the price would be $20 instead of $16 (I'm male). All fine still, it had been a while since I'd had one, but weird to mention this at the end of a haircut imo.EDIT: Should mention that I'm doubtful my hair was the same length as Women's medium"

I admitted Tony was a skilled hair dresser but his skill didn’t stay at par. I have noticed his cutting skill was not as good as last time. I had a hair cut with Tony on the Saturday around 3 . He was rude: didn’t excuse me to check his phone, and didn’t apologize for the delay, last time I had to wait about 10 minutes for Tony who all of the sudden went to the back resting area in the middle of cutting process. This time he was very pushy on the suggestion of giving me a hair dyed. Tony, I am Chinese, I speak Cantonese to you, this is my second time here, I hope you know how to use your etiquette properly, don’t treat one person nice , the other especially your regular clients differently. This is a customer service business, you must be courteous to all your clients, especially people speaking your own language clients. I gave you good tip because of your skills plus cheap price, not because you serve me well. I hope you read this review and understand the English

Tony is the man! I actually called the other location looking for the other lady that cut my hair last time and told me she’d be in this location today.Went there, but she wasn’t. I don’t have time to lose so I let Tony take the wheel lol. Hubby got his haircut, then I did. My haircut was done with so much attention to detail, and I haven’t cut my hair in the last year. Will definitely come back!
