Holly Classic Nail & Hair Spa

Been coming here for a while because it’s close to my place. I’ve had a “mixed bag” of experiences. I personally have no problem with the salon itself! I like the staff, I find them all very friendly. I got my nails done (basic gel mani) and was pretty satisfied. It was nothing special but it was a good, basic gel manicure and the girl doing it was very friendly. Overall that was a good experience.However, lashes not so much. I went to Holly for lashes about six months ago. They looked good at the salon I was thrilled. But when I got home they began falling out in huge clumps. I did all the aftercare like I was extremely careful and brushed them daily, used everything oil free and slept on a silk pillow. I’ve had lashes from another place and I treated them the exact same and they didn’t fall out nearly as fast or in clumps. It looked super obvious and I wasn’t impressed. I got a fill and sure enough three days later clumps began falling out.I’ve started going somewhere else for lashes. Ladies it’s worth paying $20 more for them to last trust me!I also got my hair done and it didn’t look good at all! It was not the colour we agreed on at all. Not slightly off but WAY off. It was bright purple and I clearly asked for a red shade. I was really upset but it was too late. The hair itself was so damaged. I had dark brown hair and they bleached it in one day (which I thought sounded too extreme but I’ve never bleached it so I thought what do I know. It felt like hay and was so tangled. It looked horrible. Sure it was inexpensive but it LOOKED inexpensive!!! It looked like an at home dye job. They didn’t offer to style it or do anything (I wanted it straightened) and just kind of rushed me out (I think they knew I wasn’t happy). The cut itself was decent but the colour which I didn’t even ask for looked damaged and sloppy. Wasn’t even styled for me!!I’m not picky at all with salons. But honestly Holly Classic is a mixed bag. I loved my nails but my lashes all fell out even with good care which I was super annoyed about and my hair was so damaged and a completely different colour. I got it fixed and the lady at Phases was shocked that anyone would damage a clients hair like that. She said the bleach and dye were clearly cheap and that she rushed the process.The lady who did my lashes after said that they were done really poorly and using synthetic lashes- basically that I shouldn’t go back.My overall experience: don’t go for lashes. It seems good because it costs less but I promise it’s NOT worth it. You’ll have them all coming out in a week. They also look cheap and synthetic compared to the set I got after which was only $20 more but looked so so different! Be careful with hair. Mine got so damaged and she didn’t give me the right colour. I’ve read other complaints about that so I would keep that in mind. I had to cut most of it off because it looked so horrible that a short bob was the only way to get my “hair back.” I wouldn’t go for hair colour. It’s cheap but trust me there’s a reason.

Love these ladies here, so friendly and always up for chat, while still providing excellent service.Like nowhere else, shellac lasts in perfect condition until you decide to remove it! -3, 4 weeks no problem! And getting it repeatedly has not damaged my nails at all, but rather allowed them to grow without chipping or cracking :)AND, amazing hair services as well!!! I knew after getting my nails done many times and seeing color correction, touch up, and cuts on other women that I could trust my super damaged blonde hair in their hands. First time I've been so happy with a haircut, and its still long! <3

Worst Nail Salon Experience EverDon’t Ever go on this nail SalonThey did not remove my acrylic nails properlySo, I got my acrylic nails removed here and it’s was horrible it’s is very bad experienceThey cut my nails too short that it’s starts to bleeds. They used fake nails to remove the acrylic on my nails. They push the fake nails on the acrylic on my nails which causes more damages on my nails. So, they see that I have wounds and bleeding. They put alcohol directly to my wounds which brings more pain on me. I have been going to holly classic nails for a few years now and they always do an amazing job! They have many services there as well. I have had a wonderfull experience with getting my hair and nails done as well as permanent make up . The prices are great too, would highly recommend to anyone.

I have been going to sandy at hollys nail and hair for 4 years and i have never been dissapointed ..Everyone is so kind and caring and you can tell they all enjoy what they do.. i get my eyelashes done every 2 weeks with sandy and their always gorgeous …

Feel like this salon is very very hit or miss with their services. I came in 4 days before my vacation to get an acrylic fill with French tips. Within a couple hours 2 of the tips were already chipped! Nearly every nail ended up chipping by the end of my 1 week trip. I’m not sure if it’s their products or curing lamp not being strong enough but I’ve never had that many nails chip at once. After I got home I ended up being able to peel the remaining white paint off after soaking them in hot water.My bf and his mom had went in for pedicures and they felt it was a good job for the price! Maybe stick to those.

I came in for eyelash extensions and at first was a little turned off by the cleanliness of the place but decided to give it a chance. To be honest its a bit of a dive and could use a good cleaning. The lady did my eyelashes was nice and at first I thought they turned out pretty good but now that the lashes are starting to come out I am noticing that they are not individual lash hairs but the cheaper synthetic flares (2 lashes). Its not quite what I was hoping for because I have had individual lashes applied for the same price and they looked much more natural... it wasn't terrible but I'm going to keep searching around for a place to go regularly.

They destroyed my natural lashes! After the first week, I went back to get them to touch up my lashes. I should’ve known better but didn’t. A week after the “fix” my eyes were hurting, many were clumped together, and a bunch were missing. I went to a professional lash salon to have them removed & redone. Except that I lost a ton of lashes and have to grow them back. The professional salon said they had glued lashes to my skin!! So that’s why my eyes hurt and they damaged a lot of my lashes. Be aware and don’t waste your money!
