First time having boba! Was delicious and yummy!You are able to adjust the sweetness and ice in drinks.I would highly recommend the Brown Sugar Pearl Latte!Overall would 100% go again!

Ordered the Grape slushy which was not blended thoroughly. Was basically chomping on ice the entire time. Definitely not the Coco standard I’m used to or what customers deserve for such a hefty price. Not impressed.

I love this bubble tea store. I've been coming here at the Waterloo location for over 8 yearsI like to order the pearl milk tea, chocolate milk tea, and caramel milk teaReally good toppings I recommend are macchiato (it's similar to the sea salt creme you see in Chatime bubble tea) and tapioca

Employees have always made a mistake every single time I've gone there. The tapioca pearls however are on point. They're at the perfect chewy consistency. But so does The Alley" near UWaterloo; just go to The Alley which is about 2 minutes away by car. Even if you walk to it's worth the trip rather than going here"

There was a long line when I arrived but the staff ware able to handle all the orders.My go-to order is the Brown Sugar pearl milk tea and I ordered the Strawberry with tapioca for my cousins.Overall experience was okay. I'd highly recommend.

Coco is easily my favourite bubble tea store in Waterloo for my go to brown sugar bubble tea (75% sugar as I find regular too sweet). In my experience I have found they tend to run out of brown sugar pearls towards the end of the night, so I try not to visit them near closing. There is usually a long lineup, so I would suggest ordering ahead using their app. The only downside is they close at 10pm. I wish they stayed open later!

One of the longest running and biggest chains that sell authentic tasting stuff straight from China! Milk tea, yakult drinks, and toppings are always well made. Parking can be dicey especially during peak dining times, alternative commuting methods are highly recommended!
