Not only did I find the wedding dress of my dreams at Sposa, but Eddie and all the Sposa crew offered the most exceptional customer service. I had gone to over 8 different bridal shops to find the perfect wedding dress and hands down would recommend Sposa as my top choice to anyone in the market for a dress for their special day. Not only did they have an amazing selection but their service was unparalleled. I can't thank these amazing ladies enough, they truly made this experience so special!

I had a great experience with Edie! I can not be more thankful to her. It was my first time trying on bridal dresses with my 3 friends, and she made it a wonderful experience. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. They have a beautiful collection, but not too large where it is overwhelming unlike the other stores in New West. The dress I ended up loving was too similar to my sister in laws, and so I did not end up buying it. But I highly recommend finding your dress here!

My wife bought her dress for our 10-year vow renewal. Her and her friends had a great shopping experience, and they made sure they had multiple appoints to make sure they got the alterations and fit just right for our special day.

The fourth shop I went to, we'd walked past in before and ended up with time to spare between appointments. They were great about accommodating our walk in appointment request. I had Joline as my consultant. Sposa is a full service bridal Boutique, and I was told that this meant that if I wanted, they would help me step into the dress and put it on (or I could step into it myself and call them in when ready. Most importantly it meant that if I saw a dress on the rack that I wanted to try, I was not to pick it up, but to have my consultant do that for me. I had no issue with this, however it seemed like whenever I found a dress I liked, my consultant was nowhere to be found.The shop does have a permanent sample sale area though, which was nice. However I found that most dresses in the shop had a yellowy tan under layer which did not complement my skin tone at all. But Joline was great about letting me try on a dress from a mannequin that was out of my price range and style that I was looking for (if only I were having castle wedding).

I bought my wedding dress from here and the customer service has never been anything short of amazing. I never felt like another “sale” to the staff and I never felt pushed into anything. The woman (Joline) who helped me find my dress immediately understood my taste and my personality and every dress she picked was lovely. I left to look at other stores, just in case, and she did not make me feel bad or immediately stop trying to put in effort. They’ve always communicated well and have been on point with their expected timelines for fittings and alterations. Every time I come in all of the staff there make me feel like a million dollars. Amazing customer service.

Although I didn't buy my dress here, Edie was amazing and was very attentive. I had a really tight budget, and I had a feeling it wouldn't be close to price point of the dresses they were offering. However, I was early to another appointment in the area and my friend convinced me to check it out. Edie was not only understanding, but she provided a great experience. For budget shoppers, there was a Cinderella dress" section with one offs/last ones. My second choice dress ended up being in the prom section

Worked with Edie for our visit. She was fantastic! Found us several choices that were fabulous options, within our price range and expanded our idea on what would work well. Totally recommend Sposa, and Edie!

Prior to my appointment at Sposa, I had a negative experience at The Bridal Gallery, across the street. But with Edie as our consultant, we had a fantastic experience at Sposa! She was kind, reassuring and totally made my mother and I at ease. They have a beautiful selection of dresses. She took her time showing me many dresses and I never felt rushed. She closely listened to what I was looking for and found me the perfect dress within budget. She gave great advice throughout the appointment and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend seeing Edie to find your dream dress.

I had the most amazing experience purchasing my dress at Sposa Wedding World! Edie was our consultant and she took such good care of us. She spent time getting to know me and my family I brought, and took the time to show us the store and different dress styles and price ranges.
