Very happy with the service. I'm a reasonably tech knowledgable guy but I don't have any experience in data recovery. I had a crucial drive fail on my computer, and it was dead as far as I could see. This wasn't a case where I had accidentally deleted files or didn't know how to trouble shoot hardrives issues. This thing was dead. No spin. They have a complimentary courier pick up option. There is no charge if they are unsuccessful but they do require a $250 deposit up front. Less than a week of getting my deposit they got back to me with a full recovery and had the data couriered back within a few days of that. Everything seems to be intact. Highly recommended.
