Rented a lift and had the worst customer service job took long then expected and they said they had some one else who was gonna rent lift at noon so I got cut off on the job returned the lift and the guy closed the store and never had another renter there at noon and was threatening my aunt n forced her to pay if not he was gonna charge more

Porta potty was dirty. Never wiped down, look like seat ring ever cleaned. The tank was full with flies everywhere in unit.

We had a storage unit with them and we just emptied it out and over half of our stuff is ruined from mice and humidity. We have had multiple storage units all over because we travel. This is by far the worst. The service is terrible. They changed their phone number and didn’t notify us. They added a gate with a gate code and didn’t notify us. So much money down the drain. Do NOT recommend them at all.

Called up and reserved a trailer to rent, when we got there after being told the trailer we wanted was there, the trailer we wanted was not there. So we had to rent a different trailer, that trailer was BAD! The tires were bad on it and the trailer bounced all over the road, couldn't go over 35mph with it! I will not rent from them again!
