A very hearty store that have all kinds of healthy available. From dry food to ready to eat food. Truly covers all my kids school snacks so I feel safe to send them to school with healthy snacks. I learnt a lot from Mavis on great variety of oils and other food information that I didn’t know before. It’s a great store and we will keep going back.

They have a great variety of organic products, from food, condiments, skincare, to baby products. This is not simply a health care store but a mini-Wholefood with exceptional service! The owner Mavis is a nutritionist. She is always happy to answer any questions that I have. I highly recommend this store for truly healthy food and products.

Mavis is always in search of healthy organic food and skin care products for her clientele, with her professionalism as a nutritionist and dietitian. She and her team is very helpful and prompt in making suggestions for a product that would best suit my needs. Just love browsing the shop to find specialty items.

A lot of good quality items, especially organic items.Staffs are full of information of the items and good... I mean good suggestion. I was confused what to buy for my pregnant friend and they provided me a lot of information what to get and answer my questions regarding the products.I was so impressed.Thank you for having this store in Markham area while I only find similar store in Toronto downtown or very up north like barrie.

Healthy food means healthy body, you can find different kind of organic or fair trade goodies in the store. Thanks Mavis for bringing all the healthy stuff from skin care to snacks and putting clients needs first.

One of my favourite stores in Markham! I am extremely picky about skincare ingredients , but they carry the perfect selection of clean beauty products for any skin type. On top of that their selection of health foods are so unique, yet healthy. The owners are also very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The owner, Mavis, is a registered nutritionist and dietitian who can professionally suggest products and answer any questions for customers' specific needs and or concerns.They would only carry organic and premium health & beauty, food and drink products sourced from global vendors which meet the highest safety standards of North America and Europe while supporting local small businesses of the similar kind as well.They even have a Whatsapp group for products promotion, providing health-related information, etc. daily communications with their customers. With the convenience of the platform, customers can easily communicate with the owner and staff, pre-order the products they're interested in then pick up from the stores (in Markham or Mississauga) by the end of the week or other time within the business hours.

Their owner is a registered nutritionist who is very knowledgeable and friendly. They research extensively on the items they carry before they put them in stock, to make sure that all products are from reliable sources and safe to use which are also beneficial for their users. Most items would be natural and/or organic which make me feel very comfortable shopping there. I have been a long-time client who regularly buy from them as I've been very satisfied.
