Well, it's Valentine's Day and not a great one as I didn't receive the flowers my husband had ordered. He had specifically told them that the flowers needed to be delivered between 9 and 11 as no one would be home later. There's even a card that was apparently was attached to it. He called to find out where the delivery was and according to the store, they are out and about. However, we are situated fairly close to the store so it's not as if they have to drive across town to deliver them. He has called to cancel the order and it had better be cancelled and money returned to his credit card. As he was leaving for his appointment, he said to me I had a bad feeling about this place when I placed the order.""

I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Beautiful flowers and the people always go above and beyond. They are absolutely amazing. I had forgotten to place an order earlier in the week for a funeral arrangement and they worked right away at getting the arrangement done and delivered. I can’t thank them enough, I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

This company Blossom flower delivery took order for ( for a birthday) Feb 25 delivery and delivered on March 1. I had instructed them to cancel the order on March 1 as they failed to deliver on the birthday and asked for a refund but these scammers never refunded. They kept sending a pre scripted message that the recipient was not answering which is not true at all !! I will post the texts to prove that point and extremely dissatisfied with their service and will not recommend their service at all. Big time scammers !!!!

Great service! I placed a last minute order for same day delivery and they were willing to accommodate me despite being hours past the cutoff. Most importantly, the flower arrangement was beautiful. Will use Bella Flora again and absolutely recommend :)

Bella Flora did the flowers for our wedding and they were amazing! They were so great to communicate with and made the most beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and floral arrangements. The flowers were so full and absolutely gorgeous. Thank you!

I live out of province and Bella Flora is always amazing at doing THE most beautiful floral bouquets and arrangements for my mother that lives in Sudbury. The creativity, freshness and colors of the flowers is always so beautiful! They are beyond friendly and so wonderful to work with! Thank you for always being there with flowers when i cant be for my mom!! :)

Although, I have only personally used Bella Flora for two occasions, both times were fantastic. I had a passing in my family a few years back and we forgot about the flowers. The night before I decided to message Bella Flora on instagram knowing that they might not answer in time. Within minutes of pressing send, Patsy answered saying she was willing to make the bouquet. I told her what I was looking for and to my surprise, she exceeded my and my families expectations. My family and I were going through such a hard time, but Bella Flora made it so easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flowers in a pinch or for any occasion.

Bella Flora created the bouquets for my wedding, and they were absolutely gorgeous! Patsy was a delight to work with and very friendly from the start. She sent pictures of the bouquets the day before and we made a few tweaks until it was just right. She was also able to incorporate lace from my mothers wedding dress, and two special lockets hanging down from the flowers. This was such an easy, stress free process and I am so thrilled with how it all turned out.
