The Aurora

Management has taken care of me very well super responsive. the aurora is beautiful and I have been loving my first month here

My boyfriend and I are currently taking the leap as we've decided to move from Ontario to Kelowna (Ontario is Onterrible lol) and trying to find a rental has been one of our more daunting tasks on our list of things to do before we move. Matthew K. has been SUCH an AMAZING help in making this application go as seamlessly as possible. He's been super quick and in-depth in giving us details about the Aurora (sent us a vid of the unit so we could view it virtually - it's gorgeous and we were sold right away) as well as keeping us in the loop about our application and going so far as to accommodating our needs for our space (ex: great view, sunlight, needs for a hybrid vehicle, etc.). Other rentals we've been trying to apply to have been really annoying (if I'm being honest) to deal with so we've been really really impressed with this whole process and fingers crossed we get our application approved because this looks like a great find. Again, thank you Matthew for all your help!!! You've been fantastic throughout this process and we can stress a little less with this entire move thanks to you :)

Great location, in the heart of the community. Close to shops, parks and schools.Bright, open apartments with some great views of surrounding area. Ample parking, great amenities you don't see in other apartments and on site staff that is amazing. Visited a friend here and am a little jealous. I put in my application and hope a suite becomes available.

Viewed several properties that Centurion has in Kelowna over the weekend and Matt was super helpful and knowledgeable of all of the properties. I applied the same day as the viewing and I look forward to hearing back :)

My boyfriend and I had appointment with Matt ( Matthew) for viewing and we immediately fell in love with the apartment & community it felt very homie and safe.We came across few hiccups with our application we were in a hurry to get the apartment before it got taken and Matt helped us from the moment we walked thru the door with our application. Matt was working on our file day & night and overtime making sure everything was getting completed and procced very quickly and correctly. He truly went above and beyond from the moment we met him to the second we got the keys to the gorgeous place. He is a great friendly welcoming person to do work with. We couldn't have asked for better manager to have come across than Matt himself. I wish we could give him 10 stars on this review. If you're looking to rent at the Aurora building make sure you ask for the one and only Matt and you will experience the greatest renting process of your life.We're really glad to have manager like Matt in the building.

Edit: its been 7 months and the drilling is still on every few weeks. Very annoying and almost to a level of mental exhaustion at times. We lived in a 20 story building and they had it completed in 4 months time. Sad the builder cannot complete a 5 story building in 7 months.The building management is very responsive (Kudos to Wanda and Ana!!). The building is still in construction mode with some drilling and paving work remaining. Hopefully its finished soon.The building by itself is quite nice and clean. Its close to all amenities and neighborhood is good.

My son and I moved to Kelowna at the beginning of May 2023. We are very happy with the fast response to view the units available and we’re able to arrange a move in quickly. It was awesome to work with Wanda to view several units on the same day. We are both very happy with the facilities, amenities, as well the parking arrangements. These units are super clean and the floor plan is perfect for us.Michael
