The reason I give a 3 star review is because I love pharmaprix. However, the new rules with no testers in the cosmetic section is completely inconsiderate. We cannot test our shades and you will quickly lose clients to Sephora due to this and clients will become very unhappy with all the money they waste trying to find the right shades for them! I can still find respect for the rules at the end of the day however, I also feel completely dissatisfied with my experience as a 27 year old who looks 17 have an employee harass me for not opening the bottles to test, which I wasn’t because I was already aware of the new rules. It made the whole experience uncomfortable honestly, maybe find a proper way to market having no testers so that your employees don’t come rushing around the corner making us feel like we’re doing something wrong when we’re adults and know better. Do not assume someone is underage and doesn’t know better! At the end of the day I was harassed for the rules, and offered no help to find what I was looking for. Do better please

The pharmacist is so sweet. She is a older Persian lady, very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was shocked by the service from a poorly polite and young official who is not fit to be responsible even for herself. There is no respect for customers. I wanted to return some of the goods, but the way she spoke to me was disrespectful and I was very angry with her reaction

Great customer service by Maika. My 2 yr old did not want to take her passport photos and Maika was extremely patient and helpful. She went above and beyond for us. Thanks Maika! You're a sweetheart! :)
