Big Bend Presbyterian ChurchComplete refinishing project of churchI have only known Rene Ivers a few years, but I was immediately impressed with her artistic ability not only on refurbishing furniture but her artwork and the different ways she can display that artwork whether wood or cast iron skillets or canvas it is brilliant. In my personal opinion her greatest accolade was the way she restored Big Ben Presbyterian Church she refinished Pew by pew and the pulpit and she did an impressive job our church looks absolutely gorgeous I would recommend Rene for any project and I'm not just saying that because I'm her friend. If you would like to see pictures let us know.Her process each Pew was disassembled, each part gets carefully sanded, gouges removed, and then she would proceed with staining and varnishing and sealing, after they had ample time to dry it took a team of three people to reassemble the pews before they could be taken to the church and then two more went over and this process was a year-long projectThanx!Have a great Day!!

Rene did a wonderful job restoring an old table for us.

I had a doll bed that had been in storage for almost 50 years. We took it to Rene with hopes she would be able to fix it up for our grandchildren. Rene was able to re-build/fix the structure of the bed. She finished the bed with a combination of paint and stain. Then to top it off, she made a mattress and sheet for the bed! She is so talented and detailed with all her work. We could not be more pleased with the finished product! She is so easy to work with and can see the vision you have for your project. Do not hesitate to take all your projects to her!

Rene did an OUTSTANDING JOB of refurbishing our table desk. The preparation as well as the finishing work was done with the professionalism and care that was second to none! We so appreciate the work that Rene does. THANKS AGAIN.

Rene refinished two cedar chests for us. The cedar chests were banged upfrom moves in the past. She did a remarkable job with the refinish.We toured her studio and were very impressed with her ability to create beautiful items for the home. Her talent as an artist is amazing.
