Brought my elderly mother here, and she saw David. He was caring, patient, and incredibly kind. He spent a lot of time explaining what was happening to her hearing and provided her many reassurances. I can’t speak to other technicians, but he was great.

Came for a hearing test because I was curious. David did my hearing. He was really kind, patient, and thorough. I had several questions about the process and he was great at explaining and walking me through everything.It’s tucked a way so a bit tricky to find but a nice clean place.
