Sandman Inn Princeton

There were large gaps under my dads door and around the AC unit. There was a grasshopper in his room and he didnt feel safe or secure staying there. Overall was not a great experience.

Comfortable beds and pillows. On the older side but the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We were visiting family, so only in the room to sleep.Bonus: The complimentary hand lotion smells amazing!!!

Made a reservation here in December where snow and ice was actively falling off the roof down into the parking area where we were told to park. Checked into a room where we found a large hole in the ceiling with moldy insulation falling out. Was moved to a 2nd room that had no electricity, Into a 3rd room with abysmal cleanliness, awful repairs and dangerous electrical issues.Say at your own risk.

I hung the do not disturb sign up on day two so they went in anyways the same day. There is a sign that says because of COVID they won’t enter unless you ask them to clean your room which is counter intuitive. Also my room was so cold the snow on my boots didn’t melt by time I woke up the next day, plus I laid my socks by the heater vent to dry and they were still soaking wet in the morningWell presented but in -30 conditions it’d be nice if my thermostat was more than a ornament

Not a bad place felt a little like I might get stabbed but the room was clean and nice enough good water pressure

Lady at the front was very nice, over all clean and comfy bed although it is kinda dated. I would recommend to the hotel to invest into getting 2nd locks on BOTH doors front and back (backdoor to another room didn’t have a lock)

Extremely rude staff and unprofessional. We called the hotel at 11:45pm at night yesterday and the staff said they have rooms available. He was already rude that we called so late and asked for a room.We told him that we will call back in two minutes as we are almost in front of the hotel. We came in front of the hotel and called him back in two mins that we wanted to check in. This time he was extremely rude he said he just sold the room to someone else and the entire hotel is sold out.The entire parking lot is empty, there's only 3-4 cars in the parking lot but he will not give us the room because he needs to wake up and open the door.I am not sure if he is the owner or a staff but he was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is not how you talk to a customer in a small town who is asking for a room at midnight.Sandman is a reputed hotel chain and this type of behaviour was really sad.

Back parking lot was very dirty with garbage. Our room was in need of updating. The floor was dirty, everything else seemed to be clean. Front desk service was great!

This is probably the best place to stay in Princeton. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The shower had lots of pressure.

The manager was very nice. The room was quite run down. The linens and the bedding were sparking white.The office area looked like it had undergone a face-lift.The continental breakfast was a muffin and a ☕. I don't drink coffee and I am gluten-free ; not of choice. My husband appreciated the coffee and muffin.
