We contracted originally with Quality Edge to replace all of the siding on our house. The overall product and install went well but post-install we had some minor but critical things to fix. I had to hold the second half of our payment ransom to get a response. I would not pay the balance until it was all fixed and communication from them was poor. When we did get the fixes resolved, Ali and the crew from Quality Edge did an ok job. But it took months to get these minor repairs done.

Quality edge siding installed a new siding for me and I have to say, that they did absolutely wonderful. Everyone was very nice and very responsive. Ali, Denis, Igor, and Tom. They were in and out in less than 2 weeks. My siding is beautiful and most importantly, no longer leaking! I know that I have been in good hands, and I can add that to my home's value. We TRIED to use Quality Edge for our siding project. We were given a heavy sales pitch when Ali came in. We contracted them to do a partial siding job on our home. We paid them 1/3 of the amount and signed a contract. However, two weeks later, they came back and informed us that they would not proceed with the job, despite having a signed contract. This left us in a difficult situation as we had to restart our search for a new company to complete the siding work. As a result, we are now 4 weeks behind schedule because Quality Edge was not willing to fulfill their contractual obligations. It took two additional visits from different salespeople for our money to be returned. It's disappointing that the owners of Quality Edge would rather receive bad reviews than actually live up to their signed contract.
