I needed to replace a pool pump motor. Their online support was awesome. I was able to pick up the motor at their warehouse only 10 minutes away the very next day I placed the order. Unfortunately the motor didn’t fit, but that was my mistake. They helped me find a substitute that would fit in exchange for the first one for which I received a full refund. I was impressed.

Spectacular service, their team was great at getting me a replacement motor with the same specs as my NLA motor.Shipping so fast , I received my replacement motor the next day!Motor bolted up as the original.Great website,super checkout and shipping.Excellent experience.

Fast ordering process, quick replies to questions. BUT the one huge problem is their return policy. if you want to call it that. yes you can return stuff. BUT you will be charged a near criminally ridiculous 50% yes FIFTY PERCENT restock fee. ABSURD in 2022. should have paid more to buy the motor i needed from amazon. lesson learned.
