I have been trying to get through to transfer a TV from one room to another, I have had no luck getting through, it just keeps ringing busy. This is the worst customer service I have seen, it doesn't even rate one star.

They provide no refunds for tv usage not used. Pay through your nose and get no refund if patient is discharged ...joke.

Ordered TV for 1 week when my husband was in hospital. After the 1st day he didn't want it anymore and asked me to cancel because the quality of the picture was really bad and not many channels to choose from as half of them were in French. When I received my credit card bill I saw that I was charged for a full week ($84.00).I contacted the company and was told that even though I canceled after 1 day they do not give refunds. Will never use them again. Wasnt told that when I ordered tge service.
