DON'T BUY! WORST SERVICE EVER, TOO SLOW. THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY ARE GONNA RESET THE ROOTER, OR YOU ARE NOT CONNECTED TO THE RIGHT BLA BLA. SAME OLD ANSWERS. THEY SENT ME AN EXTENTION TO HELP WITH THE CONNECTION, IT IHS BEEN DISCONNECTED EVER SINCE! THEY SAID THEY ARE GOING TO GET HELP FROM LEVEL TWO/2. BUT LEVEL 2 IS THE SAME SERVICE EVEN WORSE. MY BILDING PAYS THEM AND I AM PAYING RENT TO HAVE WIFI. SO LITERALLY WASTTE OF MONEY FOR RENTAL OWNERS OR ANYBODY WHO IS SOLD THIS. THEY ARE SELLING YOU SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT EXIST! TOO MANY SITES ARE BLOCKED. SO THEY WON'T EVEN OPEN. THEY CLAIM THERE IS A PROBLEM TO THEM! AND I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE.I WAIST A LOT OF TIME ON THE PHONE ALL THE TIME TO GET THINGS FIXED BUT SHORTLY AFTERWARDS THINGS GO BACK TO WHERE THEY STARTED. AND NOW I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH AN AGENT. HE TOLD ME HE CANNOT HELP AND WILL HAVE TH LEVEL 2 CALL ME. LEVEL 2 WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL MORE THAN A MONTH AGO :))... THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON IT. KEEP WORKING ...
