Their sale prices are not in their system so they always charge full price unless you notice and complain.I told the manager but she gave me the silent treatment. They tricked me twice before I noticed

Was double charged on my purchase, they stated it only went through on their end as 1 single purchase even after showing proof of double withdrawal and speaking to the bank for confirmation Old Navy Sudbury sated there was nothing they could do for a refund. I am completely disappointed and disgusted with their customer service.

I love old Navy. The majority of mine and my daughter's clothes are from here and I'm super thankful that women's plus size clothing is FINALLY everywhere in the store. Recently, my husband has gained a bit of weight and I have purchased him bigger clothing from old Navy's website. We had a special occasion to go to and my husband needed a nice pair of pants and a polo so I decided to run up to old Navy to grab him something. To my surprise, the only men's 'plus size' or 'extended' sizes were online returns. I was livid. Us women had to fight for so long to have inclusive sizing but men don't have the same thing? Even the gender neutral section only goes up to XXL. Not okay. Will keep shopping online but probably won't head back into the store which is a loss for your company as I always buy more than I went in for.
