I was caught in a bind on Monday night at Laval airport when Budget did not have a car for my reservation. As well, it was a one day strike for city cabs (sigh!) and no one else had a car. Thanks to Citycar I was able to get a car from them and the next day I was able to just drop the car off at the airport. Nice work and great customer service. Good luck as you grow your business and with that kind of great service, I'm sure you guys will succeed.

My first impression when I walked in and saw their inventory, i was amazed and felt like I was so welcomed by the city car crew. The best luxury/economy rental in the city! Habib and Kim, jacob and Anto are truly amazing! Very kind and friendly. The service is above and beyond! They bring the car to your work or wherever you need to make it extremely convient! City car rentals is truly one of a kind place to rent your dream car. If you’re looking for red carpet treatment! They are the people to see!

I've rented a car last week& ended up with a very disappointing customer service experience.The attendant over the phone was unprofessional & so rude while extending two day & asking extra charges on Insurance .Pls.be careful. I'll NOT recommend.
