We thought we had a foundation leak. One company came in and told us we had to rip everything out and install an elaborate system connected to a sump pump, and have someone else come in and wire it to a dedicated breaker. Brock from Basement Technologies came in, quickly identified that it was unlikely a foundation leak, and found a leaking drainage pipe behind the insulation. He then referred us to a plumber. Although we didn't use their services, they saved us thousands of dollars. Thank you again!

It was the day before I flew out of town to return to work when I discovered my sump pump had failed. I called Basement Technologies as they were the contractor's that the previous homeowner's hired to handle the installation of the pump. After discussing the details with them, they promptly sent out a technician to do a complimentary inspection on my sump system and ended up replacing the pump on the spot under warranty. My entire experience from start to finish was great, I'd would highly recommend them to anyone!

We highly recommend Basement Technologies. They installed a custom window well for us. During construction they discovered that the irrigation line was in the way. They rerouted the line themselves and completed the job as promised. The work site was cleaned up as well. We found them to be prompt and knowledgeable with a desire to do an excellent job for us.

Excellent company! Very professional and prompt! We had a basement wall crack that was repaired previously but eventually failed after 10 years and started to leak. I sent pictures to Basement Technologies, got a response same day(!!!) with the detailed plan on what should be done and a quote (which was very reasonable for the amount of work and materials they would use). All the necessary appointments for tracing utility lines with the City were handled by them. Guys showed up on time, dug the outside perimeter, fixed the crack, put everything back as it was before and even showed me pictures of the wall prior to the repair and post-repair!

We are renovating a basement and wanted to be sure we didn't have any leak issues. Brock found exactly the problem areas, advised how and where to test for leaks and gave a fair (and free) estimate. He was exactly right about the problem areas so I knew this was the company to hire. Honest, reliable, responsive & professional. Luc did a great job in a timely manner. We are very happy with the results. No more leaks (we tested to be sure too!) They offer full water mitigation prevention as well at competitive rates. Highly recommended.
