Went in to place an order as the drive-thru line was very long, and only one lane was open (I imagine it was due to the time, approx. 10pm).Unfortunately, my daughter had to use the bathroom, and it was not clean (tissue on the floors, dirty floors, the smell of urine was pungent). The dine-in area was equally unclean. Spilled milkshake on a table. Spills on the floors.I avoided the counter and used the self-serve kiosk. Did not get a receipt after transaction, out of paper. The couple who came in after me waited at least 5 mins to get help at the counter to place their order. Hearing staff complain about being out of items amongst one another was fitting to the overall atmosphere of this McDonald's.

Food is great as always.. but those workers in the drive-thru leave something to be desired... unprofessional and blatant childish horseplay .. I had to make my presence know in order for them to take my order. Slow response and poor customer service.. not only that. They requested I park at the front doors.. there was no rush or anyone behind me in the drive-thru.. like I said. Poor customer service... maybe start training your younger employees a little better..

This place has THE WORST hours. You can't get a coffee at 6:30am during the week and they were closed at 10:20pm Saturday night. My order is usually missing the sauces and they are generally very slow. The employees are also hit and miss. Sometimes they are very friendly and other times they won't even greet your or talk to you.

Food is usually on par for McDonald'sService is most of the time lacking, drive-thru is closed more times then open between 5:30 and 6:30 AM.I'll make a mobile order before I leave for work and not know it's closed until I pull up the the drive thru and it's blocked off, with no indication on the mobile app. I then have to remove items from my order.When making a mobile order, and selecting curb side pickup the employees must not look at what parking spot number the order is for, because they constantly pick vehicles at random to try and deliver my order to, when I'm parked in the appropriate spot.There is some employees that are great and seem to care but more that do not

St. Paul is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. As a formal employee of McDonald’s and this one is an embarrassment to the franchise. Always screw up (misunderstand)your order, always missing stuff from you order. Never clean on the inside. Wait time is also bad for orders, staff looks miserable always. You guys need to bring back the secret shoppers to come review this establishment.

Workers getting the order actually right is the most challenge this particular store has. All too many times our order gets screwed up somehow on food & drinks. Attention to detail & caring about your job is likely what management is challenged to find in employees now unfortunately.

The entire month of May I've been here for work. They've only been open on time at 6 am twice. Those milk crates sitting in drive-thru sure like their McDs!

Such a sweet lady who works here didn't catch her name but I order 2 happy meals and one quarter pounder meal and they forgot to give My one son his happy meal toy which was no big deal as I told him just to go ask for it and just before we were leaving the wonderful lady gave both my boys a free ice-cream for forgetting his happy meal to such wonder ful customer service keep it up!:)

Ordered through mobile app. Went into restaurant to get it. Employee filling sugars ignored my order was ready for me. Cool fries, warm not hot burger. Miss the the old manager Ben. Things were definitely run better.
