We ordered our first hot tub(which we love!) from Aquafriends a year ago. We did plenty of research and visited more than a few stores in Kelowna. We landed at the Cooper store and have to say that everything has been nothing short of spectacular. They know their products, they didn’t spend any time bashing competitors and we have thoroughly appreciated their support as we adjust to the use and maintenance of our tub. Being a large family ourselves we love the fact that they are a locally owned and family run business. Highly recommend!
