Purchased a banana split for $10 only to have it mostly melted by the time it was given to us. The banana was soggy, fruit was soggy, and the toppings were floating in the soup of ice cream. I brought this to the attention to the woman at the counter, showed her the slop only to be given the excuse “sometimes our machines put out softer ice cream” no offer to rectify the $10 soggy soup in any way. Not returning.

- Location is ok, there are enough free parking.- Layout and decorations: The store size is significantly small, number of tables are very limited and limited seats. Although there are outside seats, I see that I count on inside- Layout need upgrade.- Colors are nice and decorations is simple and nice.- Products, chocolate and an amazing idea of ice cream. The store implemented new idea of Ice cream dip. And local chocolate.Cleanliness, within expectations. However I see the tables need cleaning.- service: the service is ok, within expectations, the ladies take the order and service client quickly.- test, the test of products are within expectations.- prices: based on my experience and the ice cream.Conclusion: visiting the store is good idea everyone will like it

I am very excited about this Leonidas! When I lived in France, Leonidas was my favourite chocolatier. It changed chocolate for me. Now I am always dissatisfied with regular American chocolate. Imagine my joy when I found out that a Leonidas was opened near me! I never thought I'd see the day. People, this stuff is the real deal. It is nothing like the fake Belgian chocolate that stores here sell. It is a real Belgian company and it makes the most delicious pralines ever. In Belgium, a praline" is a filled chocolate

Very good ice cream, make sure you get it in a cup though because a cone is very messy. Most people go here for the ice cream but the chocolate is also very good

I usually love this place. But for the last two times, i have been served more than usual soft" ice cream. To be told by the same lady that they had just made the ice cream and it was a little soft! The quality of their product seems to decrease. I will go to their other location and totally pass on the one in Cole Harbour."

The cones were dipped multiple times leaving half a inch of chocolate coating. It was over loaded with chocolate the ice cream inside was melted way more then it should of been. Please let your staff know because customers don't deserve this.

Great service! The kids and wife loved the array of desserts. It's on the expensive side if you let your eyes and watering mouth do the ordering. Be warned that chocolates and icecream (family of four) can quickly get to$75-$100. That being said it was a great time and I am looking forward to the next visit.

Very clean. Staff friendly. Just ordered a dipped sea salt caramel cone. Too sweet for me. Soft serve is creamy. Will try Mango Sorbet when I go back. It is pricey, but unique.

Great little shop! The chocolate is great! It's upscale and so delicious. My kids love the soft serve ice cream which comes with dips. The mexican hot chocolate was a hit with kids and adults alike.There's a couple of small tables and seating. We happily sat and enjoyed our treats as a family. Great spot.
