Grout and Tile PROS

The one word I would use to describe Brian is meticulous. The level of effort he puts into cleaning grout and tiles is remarkable. We were impressed with the first job he did on our bathroom walls and floor tiles; upon completion everything looked like new. We recently used Grout and Tile Pros for a second job. This was for our Kitchen floor. 4 tiles were replaced due to cracking and a complete cleaning was done of all the remaining tiles and grout. Once again Brian delivered his excellent level of workmanship. We have already booked him again to do our Ensuite Bathroom. Recommending Grout and Tile Pros is something I would do without hesitation.

We had Brian replace our brand new ensuite tile due to failure, cracking cause by the first installer. He saved the day, literally making room for us in his busy schedule to make it right. Can’t thank him enough, and oh, his work is amazing as well, beautiful, and believe me my standards are high!

Nothing but the best! I had a few broken tiles on my kitchen floor and i thought that I would have to replace the whole floor in order for them to all match but Brian was so very helpful and was able to replace the few broken tiles with a perfect match to my old ones. I appreciated his professionalism on advising me that I didnt have to spend more on replacing everything rather just the few pieces, truly an honest man! Brian was absolutely amazing. He cleaned the existing grout and replaced some of the cracked tiles. He was professional, courteous and extremely detailed. He took the time to explain everything to me and the results are beyond my expectations. He definitely takes pride in his work. He even returned a couple of times to touch up some areas, free of charge. My tiles look brand new. I so enjoy coming into my home and looking at my tiles. I highly recommend Brian. Outstanding experience in every way. From initial communication to estimate to work to invoicing, each step was flawless and exactly as outlined. No surprises, no add-ons, no showing up late, none of that frustrating stuff that seems to happen more and more these days. Bonus points for basically reworking our primary bedroom en-suite so well that the expensive remodel we thought we needed within a few months is simply not needed anymore. It’s GORGEOUS!
