All thanks to Max for our new Lincoln Corsair! He's very knowledgeable about what he does and very helpful too. My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary 3 days after we picked up the vehicle and I asked Max if he could help me put heart ballons and a big plush dog toy to surprise my wife as another gift for our anniversary. I really appreciate his efforts and help. Very happy and satisfied with my experience and new car!

Siar from Downtown Lincoln helped my family and I buy a 2021 Lincoln Aviator. He made the whole process seamless, he was very knowledgeable about both cars and was professional throughout . We went in to check out a couple of cars and did not feel pressurized by him at all. He listened to our needs and helped us decide between both cars, I’m sure he helped us make the best decision for our family. His communication skills are excellent and he was quick to answer all our questions over the process. Will definitely go back to this dealership for future purposes!

Customer Service was excellent from the minute I walked in the showroom. Siar was extremely professional, and got me excited about the car first. I felt safe during the test drive, wearing masks. Pick up of the vehicle was well thought out, Siar took the time to make sure I was comfortable driving away from the dealership in my new wheels. Highly recommend Downtown Lincoln!
