Passeport photo is 25$ I was surprise of the price yes it s my fault that I didn't ask for the price but since it s 14$ at jean coutu I didn't expect to pay almost the double price by the way the camera at jean coutu was broken today

First bad experience in the neighborhood: the staff were unprofessional and very rude (one in particular), very long waiting times, staff rudely asks you to lower your expectations. Customer service/ manager response to your complaint is a lesson about your lack of understanding of the how the business is ran in a pharmacy.Edited: after writing this review, i went to the comment section, and noticed many similar experiences like mine. i am convinced that this is the attitude of the managers on spot... too bad for the owner :(

Worst branch in organizingI went to return a product that i bought from another branch ,they called the manager which i waited for for 15 mins then they called her again and made me go to her to show her the product so she called another manager which said that they can’t do the refund!! I wasted 20 minutes for nothing!! So disappointing!!

Great Pharmacy! its a bit further than my home but I refuse to go anywhere else! courteous staff that helped me in my hardest time during my pregnancy! such amazing people ! Alain is very sweet and really tries to help, so do the other ones! they are really wonderful and I am thankful to them, they went above and beyond to answer my questions about serious drugs that I had to take during pregnancy! thank you all

This review is solely for passport service. Don’t go here for pictures. I had to retake the pictures twice because they did not meet the passport requirements. The second time I told them the picture didn’t meet the standards because at that point I had read the guidelines and they assured me it was fine. After another 4 hours at the passport office, I was correct. I was going to go back since I had paid but at that point I had no confidence in them and opted to pay someone else. If you’re going to offer a service you should understand the service, otherwise stick to what you know.

My husband had pain in his ears & the pharmacist answered our questions quickly and was able to recommend how to help improve his condition.

The pharmacy team is extremely rude and unprofessional. Very disorganized. Pharmacists themselves are great. It’s too bad, however I extremely do not recommend this pharmacy.

They slap prices wherever they want.So when you pick up a product and see a price under no, you need to read every code and even if no code matches the product you want that's too bad. I picked a eyeliner the only price under it says 5.99 so i assumed it was the price i go to the cash it scans at 11.49 and when i go back that price is nowhere to be so seen. When i asked no because the code bar doesn't match we can apply the price policy. The didn't even bother to put the correct price they just left it to cheat customers...

The worst experience ever...I frequented this pharmacy since I moved closer to this location much to my regret.My first reception was of course being rudely asked if I had private insurance or if I was insured under the QC plan. Much to their disbelief I have private. After a few months of being a regular client I consented to having my prescription being issued by the pharmacy monthly. Since my need for my medication varied I didn't always pick up my medication on the first of the month. Although, my insurance would notify me by email this pharmacy filled my prescription when I did go to pick it up they either didn't acknowledge my existence or couldn't find it. Often waiting more time than when I first started going there.On at least one occasion I was given the wrong dosage of one medication 20mg instead of .2mg. They hastily called me to get the new prescription when my doctor notified them of the error saying the doctor wrote a new prescription. The way the doctor found out was by me providing their receipt as checklist of my medication.More recently, the refused to give my son his medication on the suspicion that he was 'abusing' his meds. I found that and their solution completely unacceptable and prejudicial. Hence, going forward I will not use their services. They seems oblivious and aloof of dissatisfaction with their poor service as if I wasn't capable of providing a poor review or expressing my dissatisfaction with their unprofessional service.
