Disappointed. Today Feb 7th even at 9:30 pm they have not come to plough the snow. We have called 3 times and left messages for Steve and no response so far. This is not the first time this happened. Almost every time they turned up only after we had called. Shady Lane Crescent Bowmanville.

The worst service by far. We hired The Gardener Clarington Dec 2021 to clear our long and steep driveway . After a ridiculously expensive quote we agreed thinking it would provide us a peace of mind. Well, the first major snowstorm they simply didn't show up. Not 12 hours later, not 24 hours later, and not 48 hours later. Did not answer any of our calls or emails. After 2 full days of being snowed in we had to pay emergency fees to get our driveway plowed (which now accumulated a dangerous amount of snow since it hasn't been plowed at all during the storm) During this time we could not leave our house, missed an important appointment, and if for any reason we had an emergency, no vehicle/emergency personal could get to us.3 days later they have yet to return our calls. When we requested a refund they sent us generic reply with some lame clause about cancelation". Well

Do not hire the Gardener. They said they could fix my lawn with fertilizer & seeding. So I hired them to fix my lawn and cut it.($343.24 a month) they didn’t fertilize My lawn until I asked them to. When they did they over did it, they put some much on it look like it had just snow on my front yard. Wasn’t impressed about it, but I thought I would give them another chance. That was the one and only time they fertilized.Then Winter came.So we hired them to shovel our driveway, and the walkway to the door. What a mistake. For ($728for the season) you think they would show up. Nope. Every time I had to call and there was always some Excuse of why they haven’t shown up yet. The one time they came after I called, all they did was plough the end of my driveway with their truck and then left. So I call back. Steve said he was just there & my drive way was clear. This was not the case the top of my driveway & the pathway were not done!!! So if you want unreliable service These are the people to call. if you want reliable service find someone else!What a joke!!!!!!!

They came quickly. Were very reasonably priced and did a great job. I would definitely recommended this company. 5 stars all the way!

The capable and friendly staff have serviced my property for several years, year-round. They are dependable and prompt, and always leave everything looking perfect. I receive many compliments on the appearance of my lawns and gardens. (And of my driveway and sidewalks in the winter.) I could never do the work myself, and appreciate their professional and knowledgeable assistance. Highly recommended.

Would be nice for off- leash dog park to be fenced.Water in the pool didn't feel like it was heated as stated on the resort's website.
