Hardwood, Vinyl, Laminate Flooring - Hardwood Giant

Hardwood Giant Mississauga (Britannia Road). I won't speak for other HG branches, but..Beginning to end with Sam at HG Mississauga was an A+ experience, night and day from our experience elsewhere.Sam was upfront about supply-chain problems during pandemic, our product finally arrived when he had predicted, and he and the terrific installation department had us booked and product installed within about a week of the product arriving at their warehouse. I compared the prices with other places and was happy.Jason was the head installer and I have never seen any craftsman work more carefully, neatly and focused. Sam explained all our choices and prices, and we are glad we went with installation and trim (shoe-molding). -- FYI, If we'd had more money, we would have gone with baseboard replacement as well.Sam in Mississauga took every opportunity to inform us accurately and move our project along A.S.A.P. And Babar was also very helpful with suggestions and cautions, and filling in when Sam was busy with another customer.Mississauga Branch store: 5 stars.

I had an amazing experience dealing with these guys, they totally know their inventory and quality of product. as a parent they had a variety of selection of beautiful engineered laminate. I highly recommend everyone check out their laminate flooring. easy to install, did it myself. the best part was, they were so accommodating with providing proper details and allowed us to return the 10% over stock we initially purchased. excellent customer service and I'll coming back for more. It would be the first and last time ordering from them. Very unprofessional and employees don't know anything. Each person says something different.One of the male employees is super rude and doesn't have customer service. We ordered vinyl from them and when we were in the showroom we asked them if we can call the day before to pick it up the next day they said yes. On Friday we called them again to make sure that we can pick the vinyl by Sunday they said yes sure. We called them on Saturday to tell them what time to pick it up and they said their warehouse is closed.We have our contractor booked for the weekend to work on the floor. Now not only we are delaying our renovation process by a week, on top of that we have to pay our contractor because of his time.

Sales rep was excellent and friendly. Helped us pick the right colour for our needs. The quote was fair, honest and accurate. We locked in a Black Friday deal and through changes in quantities they honoured the pricing. Installation went well, everything done to our satisfaction, they even moved furniture around as needed, no complaints. There were a few issues, as there always are with a big project but they addressed all concerns immediately without putting up any fuss. Excellent experience for us. When job was done, we were entitled to a refund for materials not used. Refund issued to card, no hassles.

Wouldn't buy from here again!!Although their Prices are competitive, but the quality of their vinyl is bad... Each box is different quality than the other.. some lock together well, some keep coming out... My contractor had to hammer it soo much to keep in place for now!!!Also, the sales rep told me I can come pickup my order on the weekend... So I hired my contractor and paid him for the weekend, then after removing the flooring I called them to say I'm on the way - another guy answered and said warehouse is closed on weekends!!!! My contractor can only work on weekends as he love far!!!He was also very rude on the phone, didn't even apologize and said that it's my fault I postponed picking it up till last minute!!!!I'm like, Hello! Your sales person told me I can pick up on the weekend ..maybe take responsibility and apologize at least???!!!This was for my rental condo, so I had to postpone everything for a week and loose potential rent for that week!!!!!

Excellent service and materials. I needed more information on the different products and I was given thorough information by Alishan Ali. He also helped me get my return for extra products without any issues. This is my new go to place for anything related to flooring!

I would like to share my wonderful experience i had With Hardwood Giant Mississauga location and especially with store manager Babar. I had a lot of confusion about the type of flooring, correct material etc. Babar helps me in everything, from choosing right material to limit my expenses within my budget . Not forget to mention, he gave me good discount too. He was always available for me for any doubt or clarification. Last but not least the product I got from there, Lifestepp somber is an excellent product and you can get that from there within very reasonable price.

Sam (Sadik) was very honest and upfront about everything and worked diligently and very politely to accomodate all changes I requested.The floor installation was large - over 1400 sqf. and executed by Bob's team - and was done in 2.5 days and very carefully and detailed.I am very happy with the work done and recommend their services to anyone that wants to replace their floor or renovate.

Their website says they open at 9.30 am. I arrived with my contractor at 9.25 am. It is now 9.50 am the store is not opened yet. Usually, retail shops open at least 5 minutes before time to serve customers.

We love our new wood flooring! Babar and staff were great! They patiently guided us through the flooring options and colour selections. Definitely will be back when we upgrade other flooring in our house.
