My husband and I had pedicures done and the girls did an amazing job!! Kayla and Camilla were very attentive, gentle and took their time making sure we were happy and comfortable. Amazing service and quality products. Highly recommend!!!!

Pure Day Spa, is hands down, one of the best spas in Windsor. Their staff immediately smile and greet me as soon as I walked, and treat me like I’m at a 5-star hotel. They’re service is immaculate. I’ve had my nails done in shellac twice, and both estheticians, Diane and Sarah, were precise and thorough in their work! They take their time, the gel doesn’t peel like it would when I’ve had it done at other nail salons. They also offered me coffee or tea and a snack if I wanted as well. They catered to my every need. This spa is the perfect one stop shop when you have an event right after to refresh and glam up. I’ll never go anywhere else again !

Sarah is phenomenal, and my skin has never looked better.Her technique with the holistic facial is amazing and basically puts me to sleep every time.

We had our Christmas Party at Pure Day Spa as a treat. It was lovely. There is lots of free parking. It is easy to get to from the expressway. The facility is clean, well kept up and very nice. The girls I deals with were very friendly and helpful.When a mix up with my services was found, they worked to get a suitable solution.I had a massage, a manicure and a facial. It was relaxing and felt Devine.Thank you Pure staff for a lovely day.

I always get my services done at Pure Day Spa and I really enjoy going. Everyone is so friendly and kind and professional. Mira does great pedicures and she always makes me laugh. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and always refer friends and family to Pure.

I'm a spa junkie, and was looking forward to spending the day with my mom at the spa. I got a facial, massage and had my nails done. My mom had a facial and a mani-pedi. Although the services were really good, the website and customer service weren't. It was very difficult to figure out what I wanted because there were no descriptions of anything on the website. When we called to book something I described the type of skin I have and they just booked us in for services without knowing the price. Personally I would have preferred looking at my options and prices and then deciding what I wanted, but that was difficult to do on the phone. Don't get me wrong, the staff is definitely nice, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. Usually when I go to the spa I can get an RMT receipt, but was not advised until afterwards that I had to ask for an RMT in advance. More importantly, they overcharged my mom and we had to drive back to get her money back b/c she had to correct them b/c she booked a package that was advertised online but they charged her individually. It would have been helpful if there was a confirmation email or something when we book so we can check if everything is correct.

I come here when I really want to be pampered. They do a wonderful job on my nails, but more importantly, they clean up my rough heels like nowhere else. The staff are all very friendly and they have late hours during the week. Coming here is a great experience.

In town for a few weeks and booked a set of appointments at Pure Day Spa, by recommendation. I was not disappointed. This business is client centric and service-focused. Special thanks to Sylvia and Erin for the warm welcome and being so accomodating, during my visit. I will be back!

I had a pedicure just last week with a couple of friends and we had the greatest time. Our aestheticians were so much fun yet professional at the same time! We felt so relaxed and comfortable in their environment and my pedicure by RoseMary was amazing. The ladies at pure really treat you like family. I would recommend this place to everyone!
