This shop situated in Canada,Quebec,GatineauRioCan Gatineau, 760B Maloney Boulevard West, Gatineau, Québec J8T 8K7They sold me a fake warrenty on turtle beach headphones, payed 90$ for them, they said i had a 3 years warrenty, 2 day after, get back to the store cause it was defective, i gave them the receive , they say i need to pay 10$ to change of headphones, they i payed it, they said they put my receipt in the back but they visibly didnt, 1 day after , get back there, headphone still defective, they ask for receipt , they didnt gived it the day before so i ask to check in the computer, then the say they deleted the data and such, then says they never had a 3 years warenty then refuse to show me any proves, they were really insulting and unproffessional!

As per another review I just did, we are new to Gatineau. We are moving here from Ontario. MOST EB Games employees are pretty wonderful, regardless of where the store is, however, especially with horrible reputation Quebec has with the rest of the country, I was pleasantly surprised with how kind and attentive the staff here are. Especially the wonderfulness of being attentive" without being "annoying".The 1st time we went in

Been here a lot like the people. I can’t speak French and they talk English to me and I very much appreciate it!

The staff are quite knowledgeable and serve you with a smile. You can tell they love video games and the culture surrounding them.

Best customer services ever

Game prices are about on par with other places and their warranties are nice. (1 year warranty with replacement no matter the reason for 3$ I think). However, they kinds screw you when you want to exchange games

As always, I was instantly met with a friendly, helpful staff members that immediately came to see what I needed. Albeit it was a short list, he made sure it was complete and helped me find my stuff right away. I was out as quickly as I came in with everything I asked for.
