They have some very comfortable high-quality furniture. Sales staff are not pushy and also not snobby. Expect high prices as this is not your regular furniture.

After disappointing visits which seemed like a 100 other stores regarding availability times and or quality. We made trip from S/side to Scandia. Greated by Garrity, found amazing bamboo bedroom suite. Had picked up and in our home in under 4 hours. Not the 2-4...4-6...6-8 week wait like all the other stores. Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Staff, product quality, price and after sales service. Will be back for future needs. Thank you!

Beautiful showroom with some great furniture. Too bad customer service is NONEXISTENT. Went looking to see a recliner I had seen online. No one so much as said hello the whole time I was in the store or bothered to ask if they could help me. Big disappointment.

I would highly recommend shopping at Scandia Furniture! I have been so impressed with Lisa for going above and beyond in helping us out. We had a problem with an item that was well over warrenty, but was not standing up as we felt it should. Lisa went to bat for us and solved the problem in an extremely timely fashion! We couldn’t be happier! We live in Saskatchewan but will definitely go back to Edmonton in the future! Thanks again Lisa, you are a rockstar!!Marla

Interesting furniture of great quality. Not inexpensive, but absolutely worth it. Customer service is amazing - in sales, delivery and beyond . I had a problem with the mechanism on a Skovby table and they sent a technician out the next day at no charge - no questions asked.

Purchased a SM23E Dining Room Table with 3 extensions in lacquered oak for approximately $3200 in Dec 2018. PROS: table is beautifully built and sturdy. CONS: the lacquered finish is a nightmare and takes away from the look of the table in a significant way. The lacquered finish was recommended by our salesperson as really easy to clean and take care of". This is not true! From the start
