I am a huge fan of this store! Excellent customer service and products...this is always my experience when coming to this store, and I go plenty! It's a pleasure shopping here. You leave better than when you came and that is a feat in today's world!! Plus you go home to be treated by quality products that the whole family benefit from. What is not to love! Ps. The pocket farmacy is definitely a must have!!

Absolutely adore this shop and the lovely staff! The team is always so welcoming and it's such a relaxing environment, the Manager Melissa and Assistant Manager Bailey always go above and beyond and you can tell that it definitely translates down to their team. I love their products but the staff are what make the whole experience for me, never fail to make my day!

The best customer service!!! Every time I visit this amazing store I am greeted by the most friendly staff! I went in today with a diffuser that I didn’t believe was working and Bayley (Assistant Manager) helped me sort out the problem with ease! My diffuser is now working perfectly and I am very grateful for her help and kindness throughout! She’s the best and this is why Saje will always remain my favourite store!

I walked into the store yesterday and was helped by a young man. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR and really knows how to talk to his customers. He was very genuine and very persuasive haha. I have worked in the customer service industry for over ten years and I know a good worker when I see one within seconds. WHOEVER the manager is, give him a raise or promotion to assistant manager because every other worker in that store did not provide me with the level of service that he did; everyone else ignored me and my friend and were not smiling. He is by far the best Saje employee I’ve ever interacted with...TORONTO INCLUDED! I wish i remembered his name but he seriously deserves a shout out. Take this review seriously and give him a promotion!!! He is around 5 ft 8, looks like he is around 18-21 years old range and has dirty blonde hair!!

Wow wow wow! From the second I walked into this space I knew it would be my new favourite store. I was helped by the manager Alex, she was lovely and so helpful, you could tell she was passionate about the product you sell. Overall amazing experience from start to finish. I will be back soon as I am already obsessed with my purchases and have been raving to all my friends about this place.

Horrific customer service during this holiday season. Missing item, order cancelled, offered a coupon freely available to all people with a lesser discount than my original order as compensation. Check instagram it's a wide spread issue.

Tried a friend's Peppermint Halo and was hooked. Had never heard of Saje before so popped in to the mall to check it out. Phenomenal customer service..bought WAAAAAY more than I had planned! Loved the products I tried so much I went back and purchased more! Ladies of a certain age...you HAVE to try Solace and Transitions!!!!
