We have ordered our blinds with Val-u-blinds from down in Hampshire via email and phone and they have been great. The rep came to our new build house to measure up for us before we had moved in and made the whole ordering process so easy. They have given us great customer service and we are very much looking forward to seeing our new blinds.

Got another two windows fitted today that’s 5 done so far. super quality and staff are so nice . Nothing is to much trouble .

Got a great new blind without ever leaving my own home! Efficient and easy!When our existing bathroom blind broke, we wanted an identical replacement. We couldnt remember the exact place in Dunfermline we had bought the original blind but remembered it was nearHospital Hill, Dunfermline.Found what we thought was it using Google. In actual fact, im not sure we did get the first blind here!No matter though as these guys had one identical anyway at only£107 delivered and fitted. Exactly what we wanted.We got 7 years out of the first blind, if this lasts as long it really will be fantastic value.Paid for this over the phone. Never left my house at all. Couldnt have been easier!

A great job from start to finish, Val-U blinds supplied and fitted almost every blind you can think of ; rollers, Venetian, vertical, perfect fit and a total blackout Bloc-Blind to keep our bedroom dark for Nightshift sleeping.A slight adjustment was needed for one of the Perfect Fit blinds but they were very quick to come and have a look at it, fixed in 2 minutes.I wasn't asked to do a review, but when you get great service from a local company, it deserves to be mentioned.

Had another company give me a price for blinds which was out of the box. Got this company and the prices and quality are great. The guy who did the measuring was so helpful and the guy who fitted the blinds was brilliant. Would highly recommend this company. Overall a brilliant experience and lovely staff. Recently used Val-U-Blinds for all the windows in my house, including French doors. Price was extremely competitive and the staff in the shop were extremely helpful. One even took the time to sit with me and advise on colours based on my decor and her knowledge of what would look good - this really added to the experience and was greatly appreciated as I have little experience of doing this! Fitters were professional, efficient and friendly. Had an issue with my kitchen blind through no fault of the shop or staff and they resolved this efficiently, keeping me updated along the way. Highly recommend Val-U-Blinds who won’t be beaten on price and provide an excellent service start to finish. Will use again.
