Some people say Starbucks is an evil corporation. Now, I don't know a whole lot about Starbucks and their nefarious agenda but what I do know is that I've never had any caffeinated beverage from any Starbucks that wasn't exactly what I wanted and tasted damned good. Service is quick, easy and always enjoyable.

Now that Tim's is a corporate clone there's not much difference between them. I find the standard Starbucks coffee to dark and harsh for me, but their blonde coffee is quite nice. Still find their muffins and buns too expensive for me so I haven't tried any of their baked goods for several years now.

Drinks were rushed and I understand it's busy, but they weren't made by standard. Refreshers and iced tea lemonades are not shakened. Also ordered an iced matcha tea latte with light ice. They put light ice but added extra water instead, and even lesser milk than they do on regular ice. I'll stick to armes/uc one.

I went at 4:00pm on Saturday January 26th to order a toasted sandwich to find out they closed at 4:00pm and not at 4:30pm I found this very frustrating as the toasted sandwich was going to be my supper and now I have nothing to eat eat, I purposely went early so that they would not worry about having to rush my order right before close find out they were already closed.

Always take a very long time or forget your order all together. The other location at the university bookstore is much better.

Awful service. Extreme wait times. Expect to wait AFTER placing your order another 25+ minutes. (This wait time doesn’t count the wait to place the order!) Very unorganized, as well as dirty. Today marks my third horrific experience at this location. I had ordered an iced tea and received it with a huge booger. Yes, a booger. Floating inside of the cup. Absolutely disgusting as COVID-19 is still fierce. Shameful!

Every time I’ve ordered from here my drink is made differently or tastes wrong. Now they apparently charge 1$ for light ice for all iced drinks. I am not paying 7.22 CAD for a mediocre medium iced latte with light ice.

Came on Saturday when it first opened, asked for a blond roast and said they aren't brewing. So I asked if they could do a pour over, just flat out told me no. What gives? I always ask for a pour over when they stop serving blond, I have NEVER been refused once at any Starbucks. Bad staff, should look into it.

Worst service ever. This is the second time where I had to wait 20min for one drink which made me late for class. The drink was made very poorly too.
