I bought my first HD, from Policaro Dealership, excellent experience. The customer service is amazing. Very impressed. Johnathan helped me with my deal. He is great guy, he has a lot of knowledge about The HD motorbikes. He gave me a lot of time. I highly recommend Policaro Dealership and if you go there Johnathan is the man. I write this review based on the experience my wife had while buying her bike. Now you may be asking, why are you writing this review for your wife. Well because she doesn't have a social media presence as a result of some nut-job from her past, as such I thought it was such an awesome and notable experience that a glowing review was warranted.Sara H was amazing from the moment we walked in. She listened to my wife as she explained her riding experience of 11 years, her riding style, her riding needs, and to her concerns she has with buying a bigger bike than she rides now.Sara answered all her questions, addressed all her concerns, spoke directly to my wife (didn't somehow direct the conversation to the man standing next to the buyer).The store brought out a reduced-height seat for my wife to sit on, explained options available, what was realistic, what wasn't, all the while enabling her to gain comfort in a serious purchase. After lots of jawing, tales and a lengthy Q&A session, we were off on a road test. Just a short local roads with some highway to get the feel for the bike. My wife left with a lot to consider as we went down the road to another dealership (to be sorely disappointed).Sara emailed the details of the purchase, the options they had talked about, and her availability if warranted. We went back Monday night and my wife bought the bike! She tells me that it was 40% bike and 60% Sara.From there, we have been back a few times to sort out paperwork, to sort out payment and the usual insurance and stuff. The entire experience was positive and refreshing for my wife and this is not the typical treatment you get on a motorcycle sales floor.Thanks Sara and the Policaro Harley-Davidson team!

Great service! Tony, Paul and Jess took great care of me and my friends in helping us decide and purchase our first bikes. Based on the weather upon pick up i didn't feel comfortable in riding it home, so they even delivered it to my house. Will definitely be back in the future for more and be recommending more clients for them. These guys are no joke, if you are looking for a new motorcycle go see them for yourself.

Really well maintained dealership. This place is bright, clean, and open with several bikes to chose from and test out. I loved the service area with menu pricing right on the wall, no suprises. Being able to see the mechanics in their element is unique. The lounge at this dealership was by far the best I have ever see with pod coffee, bags of chips and gummies. The merchandise staff member that served us was a bit slow and not the most talkative but overall quite happy with our purchases.

Beautiful showroom with 40-50 inside. Tons of apparel shirts, jackets backpacks, even stuff for kids and babies. Accessories, service department. Full service Harley store . Top knotch!!
