Beauty First Spa - Burlington Mall

I have been frustrated with the ladies when I check in because they always call me a male. I have had words with them about that. The lady I use for eyebrow shaping and for getting my back waxed has been absolutely fantastic. I now book online and get the same person. I still get questionable looks when I arrive. Wish they would stop but the one on one is what I go for.

Went here a few years ago. Upsell on micro blading was intense. Have a scar in my eyebrow and they kept pointing it out to try and make me self conscious to get the sale. Will never go back.

I hate to leave such a bad review as I was coming here for a while to do my eyebrows with Adwena. The last time I went I decided to do my back and arms for the summertime. Another staff member working there walked in THREE separate times while I was being waxed with my shirt off to tell her to hurry up… I also noticed she was ripping the wax in every direction with no regard for the way the hair was growing. This was literally 3 months ago. My back and arms broke out in the most disgusting bacterial infection and has left me with hyperpigmentation. I cannot go out without a cover and it’s really affected my self esteem and comfort while it’s so hot out. I honestly wish I still had a hairy clear back. I’m going to have to see a dermatologist to try and get rid of the scarring. I will never recommend these mall waxing shops anymore as they are simply unsanitary and not held responsible like a real salon.

Had my first lash lift + tint. I was initially looking forward but very disappointed with the result. The process was less comfortable, which I can tolerate, but during the “clean up”, the lady pulled a few of my lashes; now my two lashes look visually unbalanced, AND the result is not worth the money I paid. Plus I now have to live with 6-8 weeks of daily makeup touch up to ensure my two eyes look even. Will not visit again.

Fantastic laser system!! I have had 4 treatments so far with amazing results... and I have very dark course hair. Nadia is such a professional and a pleasure. She knows her process! I am having full legs, entire bikini area and underarms... looks like very little to no shaving needed for summer!Thank you Nadia for suggesting I switch from my previous hair removal method to laser!!Great location too at Burlington mall .Susan

I had my eyebrows waxed by Shaima and it was the most wonderful experience, my eyebrows look amazing! She did such a good job on my eyebrows I never want to go anywhere else. As soon as you walk in you feel the good vibe right away :) Highly recommend!
