Innovative Heating & Cooling
I have used Innovative Heating and Cooling multiple times for a variety of installations. They have never let me down so I will continue to use them in the future. I find their pricing very fair and their service fantastic - that’s a good combo. Scott is very prompt in quoting and Kevin is just the best in overseeing projects to completion. They have always gone above and beyond expectation and I would (and do) highly recommend their work.

Excellent service from Kevin. He found a problem and fixed it without delay. We then had a great conversation about when i might need a new furnace- our furnace is older but still running well so he said “not yet”. Took my worries away.

We have been extremely happy with our work with Innovative. Scott has been extremely responsive through our build as well as follow ups.Initial consultation with Scott for scoping the build was very helpful and Scott was highly knowledgeable. The team was on time with their work on the build and efficient in their work.I don’t know of a single project that doesn’t have some bumps in the road and Scott and team have been great and helping with any issues that have arisen.I would highly recommend Innovative going forward.

Hot water tank gave out just before we were going on vacation. Innovation came to our rescue by firstly assessing the problem and then arranging for a new hot water tank to be installed the morning after our return.Removal of the old tank and installation of the new was handled efficiently and to our full satisfaction. Very professional with the technician taking the time to explain everything from the initial problem right through to final installation.Warranty information and advisement that we qualified for Sask Energy Rebate was all provided via email making the process simple.Very satisfied.

Called Christmas morning as my furnace was not running. Spoke to a wonderful guy who was able to troubleshoot my problems with me over the phone and get the furnace running. We can now continue to enjoy our Christmas day and saved hundreds of dollars.

As usual, Innovation responded to my request quickly and conveniently. In this case, they identified the issue with the expansion tank for the water heater. They have a quick quote, asked if I would like to replace the safety valve of the water heater too as a precaution. Having experience with this, I thought it was a very good suggestion, and I had it done. We inspected, and they were gone in under an hour.I’ve used them for a few events (all unrelated), and the experience was the same, even with different employees. I’d happily recommend this company for all their HVAC or plumbing needs.

Innovative Heating & Cooling
This was our first encounter with Innovative heating. The fellow who came out to estimate (Scott or Kevin?) was the most knowledgeable about heating systems that I've encountered in our 18 years in this house--had what seemed to me to be an engineering level understanding of our systems (our house is complicated with in-floor zones as well as forced air). And Barry, who installed the new vents for heat and return air had to navigate some extremely tight and cluttered joist space but did it with grace and efficiency. The estimate came in quickly, was very reasonable, and the work was superbly done. I highly recommend these guys!
