Mike was an OUTSTANDING DJ for our wedding. Throughout the wedding process, we did not come across a more authentic, energic, professional, and thoughtful vendor and we feel so lucky that Mike was able to work with us and be our DJ for the special day. I have been a professional wedding coordinator for the last 10 years in the capital region. I have worked with many DJ's including Mike over the years. Not only, has always impressed as a DJ, but, as person as well. When it came to choosing a DJ for my wedding, it was a no brainer that I would choose Mike's services. His energy is fantastic and he had my entire wedding party dancing from start to finish (seriously, there was never not a single person not dancing the entire time!) So much that my bridal party asked me if we could pay him extra to stay another two hours after his contracted time was up, and he was all about it! He seriously made the entire reception. Music Man Entertainment DJ’d our wedding on March 12, 2022, after nearly 4 full years of trying to plan everything out, and then dealing with constraints presented by the world. From Day 1, Mike responded quickly to any phone call or email, and constantly provide clear and concise guidance of what he could provide, and how things would work. As we got closer to our final wedding dates, Mike spent so much time on the phone with us talking and asking questions to make sure he had everything set up perfectly, to include bringing “up lighting” which added an amazing lighting addition to our wedding venue and. Mike showed exactly on time in the middle of a snow storm, and was ready exactly when we needed him to be so that we could have the perfect wedding night. Once the ceremony started, Mike communicated with myself, my wife, and our coordinator constantly to make sure everything was perfect and kept on time, guiding guests to get to their places for the ceremony to start, or to get on the dance floor and move those feet. All in all, I would absolutely encourage other individuals to consider Mike as their DJ. I can promise you will be happy with your decision.

Mike was the best wedding DJ we could have ever asked for. All of our guests were on the dance floor all night!!! We absolutely loved the photo booth & the marquis letters, all of the uplighting, and the vibe all around. Mike was always very responsive and answered our many questions. The best wedding DJ I’ve ever witnessed, would definitely use Music Man Entertainment for any event in the future!

We cannot rave about Mike and his team enough! From the very start, we loved every ounce of his service. Mike provides a very concise planning form that we were actually able to use as a guideline for our entire wedding planning process which may have been the greatest perk. He was very responsive to our ideas and music suggestions and helped us to coordinate these suggestions in a way to make our day PERFECT. The ease and helpfulness of the planning process alone were enough to give Mike 5 stars, but the service provided the day of really pushed it to the top. Mike was so attentive to us the entire night, checking in occasionally to make sure that the music fit our expectations and asking if we had any requests. He also orchestrated the movement of events seamlessly, keeping us updated along the way. He was a top-notch MC, helping to keep our guests engaged without being overbearing. We just loved his attitude and excitement and cannot rave about it enough. And to tie it all together, his music selection was out of this world. He kept our guests on the dance floor all night, with the venue practically having to pull us out of there at the end of the night. Our guests have been raving about the dance floor ever since. I wish I had some criticism, but I we really can't say anything bad about his service. Everything was PERFECT from start to finish. We highly recommend taking advantage of the planning material he provides, it really helps to bring everything together.

We had Mike DJ our daughter’s wedding recently and he was great! The music was a good mix and his upbeat personality, enthusiasm and energy ensured that everyone there had a fantastic time. We highly recommend him!!

Mike is simply the best. There is so much to say about him that a review cannot hold- he is a true professional who very clearly LOVES his couples and his craft. Mike has amazing energy, and every time we spoke to him he got us so excited for our big day. We felt like no matter what happened, Mike would make it a fun day no matter what (and he did). Our dance floor was PACKED throughout the entire night, straight up until the last dance. No one left early, even the grandmas stayed until the very end because Mike made it a true day-long celebration. Mike knows exactly what to play and when and can read a room perfectly- we gave him a few bands we loved and he ran with it- and KILLED it. Weeks later everyone is talking about how they had the best time, and uncles who “never” dance even got up and busted a move. Our wedding was a weekend to remember, and Mike made sure everyone will be talking about it for years to come. We recommend Mike to anyone who is looking to work with an amazing person who is fun, welcoming and creates the best party ever.

Mike was nothing short of exceptional! He did an amazing job with the music for the ceremony and for the reception. I cannot recommend him enough. Mike was AMAZING! Very professional, great energy, and truly awesome at what he does. Also he is a super nice guy and very down to earth so it was a pleasure working with him.Mike had our dance floor PACKED all night. He easily read our crowd and played music that everyone liked and it got everyone out of their seats and on to the dance floor. And he KEPT people on the dance floor. I 1000% recommend him to everyone I know who is getting married or looking for a DJ. I would book him again in a heartbeat.Mike also offered up-lighting which was an awesome addition to our venue. During dancing the light colors changed with the music and it really set the tone for the dance party we envisioned. It totally transformed our venue and it was awesome.Mike also offers a Photo Booth which I HIGHLY recommend. I was on the fence about having a photobooth because I didn’t know if we really needed it, but it was the BEST addition to our wedding. People are still raving about it. While I love to dance, not everyone else loves to get up on the dance floor, or in our case, some people danced so much they needed a little break. The Photo Booth got the non-dancing crowd up out of their chairs and gave them a fun, interactive activity. I also want to mention that this Photo Booth isn’t just your average Photo Booth, the photo props are endless, the camera was set inside of a large stand up mirror so people can see what they look like as the camera counts down, and it takes 3 pictures per group. Mike also had ton of backgrounds to choose from so I could customize it to our venue.Another reason we loved this Photo Booth was that not only do they print out copy’s for your guests to take home, but your guests can send the pictures to their phone via text which is super fun for people who like to post on social media. Mike also printed off duplicate copy’s of everyone’s picture for us to have. He even put them in a photo album and gave the completed album to us as we were leaving our venue that night! We had the best time looking at everyone’s photos the next morning.If you are looking for a DJ for your wedding, You found your guy. And he’s the best.
