Got some fresh veggies here. It was a well laid out store. Large selection of food items but with space to navigate. Prices were quite fair as well, and staff was kind and professional.

Worse experience .. There is an old guy, he don't know how to talk to customers. Started yelling on me because I was carrying a trolley bag. Instead of saying politely to keep it nearby main counter he started yelling. Is this how these people talk to customers in Canada. I really want a strict action to be taken against him and provide him training How to talk to Customers". PATHETIC ExperienceANDYes

Always we will get some discount for some products. All Indian food is available there

Fruiticana has great prices on vegetables. Good to decent quality. Sometimes it's makes sense to go somewhere else if the quality/price of what you want is not where you need it, but you can find what you need most of the time. Very strongly recommended

The customer service is extremely unprofessional, and rude.This is the second time I encountered a rude cashier , I don't know her name but she was wearing glasses and working a shift on Saturday afternoon 8th January. I believe that the cashier at this grocery store need customer service training, please educate them on how to behave professionally thank you.

Worst experience with this grocery store. They needs to change their staff. The Cashier girl was so rude. I buy cardamom and the price was $3.99 at the counter and the original price was $34. Because the tag wasn’t not at the right place i just picked the large box and i didn’t double checked before pay. I just said i want to change this with small packing they just start tell me that you was on call that’s why you didn’t noticed the price then i show them that the price tag was at wrong place and they said they can’t return money at same time even i ask them for refund. Even though they said they can only make credited money receipt and next time if you want you can use it only at same location which was really weird even though how someone can trust only with receipt. I’ll never go there again. They just ruined my day. Cashier girl needs to learn some manners about how to deal with customer.

Worst material. They are selling expired material.I purchased a bag of poha and checked its full of insects. I came back to location at Scott rd 70 ave and girl there is so rude to accept.Irresponsible staff and management.I have a sample and bill, and will take up further to Food safety department.

They are selling expired products. My experience is really very bad. This happened 3 4 times. Sometimes people will sick by eating this kind of expired products. How can a famous store sell the expired stuff. I shopped many places but always saw expired stuff in fruiticana only… now always afraid to buy anything from this store. Please everyone always check the expiry date especially when buy something from these stores

Small store but good collection, however cashiers can improve their service quality. Unfortunately I was serviced by a who cares " attitude. Fraser store is way better in customer service ."

Don't be discouraged from the outside, inside is very promising with a good turn over of produce at very reasonable and competitive prices. They've made some serious upgrades to their system and cleaned the store inside making it more appealing and shopper friendly. Lots of fresh fruits. I love this location 'cause I get the fruits I want for my summer time smoothies. Customer service has always been friendly.Cheap, but also low quality.
