On July 1 we arrived home from a fabulous river cruise to Portugal, only to realize our luggage was still in Paris.Without the help of Erin Kemp from Kemp travel, we would still be missing them.She went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us.She has booked four river cruises for us and we totally relied on her expertise.I would highly recommend her to handle any future travel plans.
