The time the took to get my glasses done was only a week. The staff wasn't particularly friendly, nor rude, just not very friendly. When I received my glasses the arms to the frames were bent and they didn't seem particular happy that i asked for them to be fixed nor did they take the time to properly fit the glasses to my face. The glasses have started to make me feel so dizzy I cannot even wear them. Either its a fit problem or the prescription was messed up (I saw their optometrists for a more recent prescription), I will be going to a different glasses store to see if the problem can get fixed. And they speak a different language to one another which i find extremely unprofessional.

You do not want to do business here.The owner, Edward, sold me a pair of glasses that cost nearly $600.I have had these glasses for less than six months and the hinges keep breaking.He is not willing to assist me in making a claim for the manufacturer's warranty or repairing the frames.As you can see from the attached photo, the metal stem that projects outward from the frame is too short: less than three millimeters. Because of that design flaw, the plastic arm of the glasses becomes detached too easily and beaks in a very short time and with very low usage.Rather than work with his customer and go to bat for them with the manufacturer, Edward would prefer to do nothing. If you do decide to do business with him in spite of this warning, please ensure that you get your warranty information in writing, because Edward will try to weasel his way out of honoring it.Please do not let what happened to me happen to you. Avoid this place at all costs

We had an excellent experience working with the team here. We needed 2 sets of eyeglasses and the lady who walked us through the process had 10/10 service. From getting our exams to picking up our new glasses, the service was amazing. Highly recommend.

So many choices and Ed will help you find the one that's right for your face and also prescription. With my high index lenses, not all frames work for me. You'll also have a lot of fun if you're looking for sunglasses - so many colorful tints to choose from!

I am beyond happy with the service I received! I even referred my brother right away to this location due to their excellent hours, exceptional service, and quality products. This will be my new go-to optic shop and I'll be back within the next month for my son's check-up, as well :) 5 stars isn't enough for how great this place is!

Optician was great and informative. Front desk was terrible with bad service. Glasses selection is limited and not on par with competitors. Was expecting a phone call from them to confirm a frame order and was hit with a my bad we were busy". Which is completely untrue because they are never busy-- least not to the point where a phone call would be too much. They simply forgot and cannot own up to it.Update: Got my glasses and it is beyond low quality. It is not the color I wanted and the frame is cheap and doesn't fit my face properly. Owner Edward did not seem knowledgeable enough nor confident enough in his inventory to find me a pair that satisfied me. Evidently

Just went to go get new eye glasses at this place since I lost my old pair and I'm so in shock at their lack of customer service. I was throughly disappointed and really sad that I decided to choose this place over my regular optometry office. The staff were on their phones, sitting around, were not attentive, and did not even care to help me with picking out my glasses. The staff vaugely pointed at the women's section and no one spoke a WORD to me until I returned to the counter with the frames I picked out. I'm used to a sales rep helping me one on one, showing great product knowledge, going through the stores eyeglasses collection with me, and making recommendations of frames, color, patten, sizes, brands, everything. I was very taken aback when no one even talked to me. Because of how informative and helpful my old optometry office was, I knew exactly what would work for my face so I used my knowledge. I found a nice pair of frames, and for a good price as well so that was nice. In this day and age, your level of customer service defines your business more than product does. Today, having an excellent product is standard, your business will never see the light of day without it, but what will bring you to the forefront is customer interaction & appreciation, they need to work on that. I never looked up the google reviews before I went, I probably would've chosen not to go. No wonder the place was so empty and they took me on 1 hours notice...

Needed new frames for some prescription sunglasses I purchased there less than 3 years ago. Apparently the frames are discontinued. She suggested I buy a new complete set. Really??? Then she suggested a repair place downtown... I asked where it was and was told I should look it up... While she sits in front of a computer... Wow! Worst service ever. Never going back and do not recommend anyone go here.
