This place is a complete rip off. Most of the ratings you see here are fake and i would not recommend buying or repairing any products here. The screen protectors they use literally are $.50 and they charge 15-20 for them, and so is the case with almost everything else there is.

I am a University of Windsor student, and I damaged my laptop by accidentally spilling coffee on it in the middle of exams. I was terrified and didn't know what to do, considering how expensive it would be to replace it and how badly I needed a laptop for school. I brought my computer to Iconic Tech and the man who worked on my laptop was incredibly nice, re-assuring me that he would do everything he could to fix my computer. I got a call later that day saying that it was fixed and ready for me to pick it up. He was able to get the job done in the same day, and the cost was completely affordable. This man has worked at Iconic Tech for 25 years and was hired by the owner straight out of University. Both him, and the owner, are remarkably kind gentlemen, and I will be referring this location to any and all of my friends requiring computer help. Can't thank them enough!

Excellent service. Very helpful and clean work. Needed to backup a file from a corrupted disk. Finished the job in under 5 minutes and double checked to make sure everything works. Would recommend for all tech needs.
