Both times I went here the customer service was really lacking. The first time, I bought a nightie because I really needed it but I was followed and checked on while shopping. Not fun, especially when it comes to intimates, I prefer to have my space to look around. The second time, I was looking for a G-String and the salesperson told me I just sold my last one

I love the staff in this store! They are amazing and in fact they don’t bother a person like they do in other stores. They don’t try to make you feel like you have to buy something which is very important because a customer shouldn’t feel forced on doing anything at all. Also an associate name Logan, I believe.. she’s wonderful I always have a great time when she’s helping me out.

I went to three of your locations St.Laurent, Rideau and Bayshore. Not one of your locations had a size extra small in underwear. Super unacceptable made me feel terrible about my body, I even cried when I left the store. now I wanna get a BBL surgery so I can fit into your medium underwear since that’s the only size you seem to carry in your store. Won’t be shopping with you guys again emotionally scarred, not a good customer experience for first time shopper.

I went in today and received excellent service from Idil! She helped me find my size, the right kind of bra and brought different sizes to me in the change room. Plus they had an amazing sale. I got a bra and 7 pairs of panties for $90.

One of my worst experiences with customer service in a long time. Absolutely abysmal service" if you can call it that. Not clear on their COVID policies

Incredibly disappointed in our shopping experience. Store was cramped and messy. Staff appeared stressed and unorganized. We were provided with no clear indication of their Covid shopping policies - either verbal or signage. We were approached numerous times by a staff member wanting to be helpful" but which made us feel like we were being watched. Sales and promotions were spouted to us endlessly

I went in a couple of days ago and a sales associate named Marham (middle eastern woman) helped me. She ended up overcharging me by a lot and I didn't notice until I left the store.I called the store when I realized and a woman picked up and addressed me by another name. She was also confident in calling me this other name. She then told me to stop calling and hung up on me. I didn't even get to say a single word at this point.A couple of months ago there was older ladies working here, they were very kind, always professional. Now this location is filled with younger, unprofessional women who judge, and do not even have simple people skills. Very angry and disappointed. Not one worker here has manners let alone respect.

I love the actual business but I hate the staff this location has as it did not follow the motto of every woman should feel confident
