The comment below from Four Star Waterworks is false. Their only motive was to sell me new pumps and so I reached out to the manufacturer and their service department was able to help me within a few minutes and requested photos and videos. Their feedback was that there is nothing wrong with the pumps and pointed out to a different issue and recommended a plumber be contacted to make the adjustment.

It is said that water and oil dont mix... However the Staff at Four Star Waterworks are like a well oiled machine! Willing to go above and beyond to make sure they achieve wonderful customer satisfaction. When I purchased my new pump I was concered about the warranty becuase I have been burned in the past. Even the manufacturer wouldnt take my claim. But the sales manager was so kind to let me know about the one year warranty and told me to add to my calendar, so i know when my warranty is up. Excellent Service, Professionalism and, Products. Wish they were called 5 Star!

A young man named Landon assisted my wife and I, and we were tremendously satisfied with the product but more so with the incredible customer service on his behalf. Our manor has an odd exterior landing and it makes plumbing and pipe fitting rather difficult but these folks made us feel secure in our purchase. Thank you!

These guys always go above and beyond whenever I need something! Very helpful. Sold me a pump with a 1 year warranty and then honored the warranty when it eventually broke even though it was 4 years after I bought it! Solid dudes. They treat you good if you’re not a dickling.
