It was a pleasure dealing with Peter who was able to fast track the installation of the Sony for the big game. Installation team was great too and very knowledgeable. Installation included setup of TV and AV. Highly recommended

A great experience. Such a change having someone, Peter, answer the phone and able to deliver a television in one day.The installers Peter and Dylan (may not be the correct spelling) were fantastic and answered all of my questions and instructed me on how to use the remote very important because there are no instructional manuals anymore. Please everyone shop locally you won't be sorry.

Knowledgeable staff and great electronic products

Small locally run store, that has been in business for many years. Main focus is selling TVs and providing good service. I have bought three TVs from them. The first time I bought a TV from them, I was told that it would take a couple of weeks to deliver the set. The owner then asked me where I lived. I indicated about 5 minutes from the store. Martin handed me the keys to the company van and said that I could use it to take the TV home right now. To say I was surprised was an understatement! Who else would offer the company vehicle? A friend and I loaded the TV into the van and drove it home. Needless to say, I always go to Flippance & Carr first when buying electronics. Most recent TV was delivered and set up. They did not leave until everything was working as it should. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the prices were just as good or better than the big box stores.

Part TwoWriting a second review after receiving some emails from Sony . I will post this on Jan 2/2108 which is approx. 2-3 weeks after the incident.In this timeframe I have received from sony, assistance in finding another retailer, as well as was being copied on a message from the owner of flippance and carr. I will copy and paste his response later.First of all with Sony. I Enjoy the tv that was purchased however all communication with Sony has been the standard responses apologizing etc. They have responded and sent me emails, they have even called me which i am grateful for, but they are just going through the motions reading from a playbook.Flippance and Carr response.........Hi MarcUnfortunately there is always two sides to every story.Mr. Novick did chose the manner he warned us as he muttered out loud with his back to us.We wish not to share our side.We wish Mr.Novick all the best .Thank youMartinAfter reading this my first thought was that there was no comment about calling me a goofball. I guess this is the accepted business practice when you buy a sony tv from a retailer.In addition the comment about not wanting to share our side, says to me that they too just want this to go away.Long story short its a new year and I am even more energized to involve more people and organizations in this. A company should be held responsible for its actions when consumers are taken advantage of. Whether it may be various forms of social media, the media itself or business organizations such as the Better Business Bureau, I shall endeavor to get my story across to a greater audience.

I hired them to mount a tv and they were amazing. Peter and Dylan came and they both wore masks and were very knowledge and looked after everything. They were able to hide all cords and even were able to hide the cable box which I was not even expecting. I would hire them again in a second! The added bonus is that they were very reasonably priced.
