How can I summarize our gratitude to Louis for everything he did over the course of a multi-year planning process to make our wedding so special? We had an absolutely perfect day and are so appreciative of everything he did behind the scenes to make magic happen for us and our guests (including squeezing a day of perfect weather and air quality into the queue of the weather gods).Louis is a consummate professional who knows pretty much everyone (but was still open and welcoming to working with new vendors we had found) and everything (but always leads with a completely open mind to what your preferences are as a couple). Every conversation with him was a delight, and I felt totally confident that he had eyes on every wedding detail and would make sure I was skipping something on purpose instead of by omission. He's done so many weddings – the relaxed and sage attitude can't help but rub off on you.We were especially thankful to Louis for his guidance on which details were worth the expense and which we could skip if they weren't important to us. His wisdom really helped ground us and focus our budget on the areas that mattered, which created a cushion for a few unexpected expenses along the way and helped us arrive at the day feeling confident and excited.It's always a pleasure to work with someone who loves their job, but Louis really exudes joy and excitement. Louis has been a long-time volunteer for the Vermont Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. His role has traditionally been as the logistics chair for our largest event, the Champlain Valley Walk to End Alzheimer's at the Shelburne Museum which hosts roughly 700 participants.
