My wife's pizza was soggy and she asked for no onions and it seemed that's all it had. My French onion soup had no onions, they put so much cheese in there was no broth left and even the broth was tasteless. I asked for saucy wings and they came with barely a glaze on them. It was quite disappointing. Have had some good food there in the past. The server was good. She felt bad and took some things off our bill. But we aren't planning on going back. Would have given it a one star but the server saved it.I was also disappointed to be told there was no pasta available which is what I wanted. This was after looking at the menu for at least 15 minutes.I got the reply but can't add my own here. The link sent is just for a survey. Here are some pictures. That that was not even half the onions she took off her pizza. We didn't take any leftovers with us.

We had an excellent experience earlier this month at Boston Pizza in Gravenhurst. The service was great, the food was excellent and the view was second to none! My partner had the Boston sized burger and I had the fried ravioli and the Chicken Pecan salad, which was one of the biggest salads I’ve ever seen. Everything was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back again!

What a beautiful view and atmosphere at Boston Pizza Gravenhurst.Lovely pairing of deck on the water and friendly staff ready to suggest options and recommendations for your visit. We had some drinks and shared the spinach artichoke dip which was different from every other I had experienced. This included chopped tomatoes and a perfect blend of cheeses.Would recommend this place with confidence for date nights, meetings, family and friend get together and even a solo lunch.

One of the only places that is still open at night. The service is kind of not so well… I would suggest keep this restaurent as your last choice. People there are not so friendly and forget to bring you what you ordered. Maybe they should hire more people especially on Friday night where most people are likely to go out. The food quality is standard and the drinks were not so good. I think this place can do much better. Music was so so loud in there on a Friday night which makes it a bit complicated to talk especially if you are going out with your friends to have a conversation. Parking is available for free in front of the restaurent.

I live in Gravenhurst. Been eating at Boston Pizzas all over Ontario for decades and this location consistently has the worst service, food quality (regularly running out of ingredients), and drink quality. Tonight both tables beside me, who sat after I did, got there drinks first. My mojito didn’t have the mint muddled or limes squeezed. Server forgot my order and had to come back to ask 10 minutes later. My spaghetti bolognese was linguini marinara. Just another poor performance …and then they give the sad face when the tip isn’t what they’d hoped.

The quality of the food and drinks were really subpar. The drinks tasted like soda water - no flavour whatsoever. My chicken fingers were tasty, however, the original small amount of cold fries served was quite surprising - how do you not notice this when serving out a plate in the kitchen? The poor food quality was definitely not what I was expecting.

I loved the experience. They have great diches and excelent customer service, live music and a beautiful view of the lake. The chicken wings are the best in Canada. Also, they have good options of gluten free diches.The only small problem I found here was that they advertised that they were open on sunday night until 10pm, I visited the restaurant like at 9:30pm for a take out and they were closed.Overall, I highly recommend this place.
