Just Cozy

Never buy online. Price was reduced shortly after I place an order for 4 pairs. The price difference would have been an extra pair of leggings. They refused to refund difference. Wrong size was sent for one of them. They did not have the size we ordered so we had to choose an alternate. It has taken 2 weeks for them to send the replacement. I am still waiting for them to arrive for Christmas. This is my last purchase of Cozy anything.

Kingsway Mall: Just Cozy is an excellent store with a super variety of leggings and other casual/lounge wear perfect for us whilst working from home or just cozying up with winter on the horizon!! The store was clean and well kept under the management of the lovely Candace who served me. The leggings with fleece lining were half price today and unbeatable value at $12..I highly recommend!

WEM Location: Clean store. Plenty of selection to pick from. First time there. I like the variety of patterns. I found the XL size to feel rather restrictive in the way the waist is stitched..then again that's how it works to fit sizes 12-20. I think size 16-20 (XXL) should be it's own size altogether.

I was black Friday shopping and I have terrible luck with online shopping... when I recieved my order I ended up getting someone else's order. I emailed right away as I wasnt pleased. After all the black Friday was done I did get an email saying they were sorry for the mix up. I just received my new order and I am super happy as it's just in time for Christmas. As much as it was a slight hassle they did correct the error which really is good business :)

I have bought a few pairs of leggings from here. The fur lined ones do not stretch that well. I have to go one size up for the fur lined leggings to fit me comfortably. If I did not have to go a size up, I would have given a 5 star rating.There all season leggings which means that they are not lined with fur, fit me comfortably and they are soft and I don't have to go up a size.Staff are always pleasant and the prices are reasonable.

Fantastic experience at the southgate mall location.Found a gorgeous pair of leggings and received a gift for my birthday, the woman working there was extremely polite and patient, I will definitely be back to get more leggings.

Just by accident I came by and checked the store. I bought 2 pairs of black leggings. I’m very surprised as the quality is great, the price amazing and the staff are pleasant and nice. I will definitely buy 2 more black leggings. Highly recommended.

I bought leggings from this store several years ago and purchased a new pair; fair price for quality ($20 for 1 and $40 for 2), tight fit, and good for -10C to -15C in slow to no wind weather conditions; airy and not suffocating. Because of this, it would do well for people who have their thermostat low at home or while working in chilled manufacturing warehouses and who drive their cars to places as well as for short walks to appointments and shopping.I might suggest men go a size up for a more comfortable fit or for people who have larger circumference to their thighs as trying to get into these leggings might become an unwelcome challenge.These leggings come in various colors and patterns, so there is something for most everyone. I would not pay $45 for a shawl here as best price for such thing ranges from $35-$37 as best bargain for myself. These leggings last fairly long so long as properly washed and cared for.

Last year I bought 2 pairs in the store and they were comfy, so i ordered 3 online this year. They've changed the sizing. The leggings are now saggy and poor quality (each of the three fit slightly differently - see picture). Poor customer service - they would not exchange or replace when i told them about the problems

I ordered some items online and I received them in what looked like a garbage bag wrapped in some packing tape. The bag was ripped and torn and covered in mud. 3/5 items were damaged and had mud on them. I bought these as gifts but now cannot give them to anyone because of their condition. I contacted customer service and they were unwilling to do anything to make things right citing that they were not responsible for the items once they leave the warehouse. I would think they should package the items properly instead of in flimsy bags. I would not recommend ordering from this place. I'm really disappointed in the product as well as the customer service.
