We called a number of businesses before purchasing a new furnace and air conditioner. Rod took the time on a Sunday evening to answer our questions and followed up with a visit to our home to check our HVAC system. We felt the price was very competitive, the service occurred in a timely fashion and the team was very professional.As a result of the great work, we hired them to install a new air conditioner at my parent's home. Hottest day of the year, and our A/C went down. Called Rod, the owner, who was at our house within the hour, had the part on his truck, and repaired the unit within 15 minutes. Very satisfied with the service! (They also installed a furnace for us last year - very satisfied.)

Our air conditioner unit suddenly broke down during a heatwave and we had a big challenge dealing with the hot and humid weather with a newborn at home. We were fortunate enough to work with Rod who proved to be a very trustworthy, dedicated and honest person who went out of his way to help us out. When we called his company, he not only provided same day service but arrived within 2 hours of calling him because he was genuinely concerned about our newborn at home. Rod went above and beyond - all his technicians were already on service calls so he jumped in his vehicle to personally service our unit. He took the time to assess what the problem was and we felt he did it in a way that was in our best interest and was not merely trying to sell us a new and expensive unit. Once the problem was identified, he then spent about an hour in the hot weather working very hard to fix the problem. We were so delighted with the amazing service. Gave this business a try based on the good reviews. It was well worth it. Called them one morning after my furnace broke down on a very cold night mid January with temp -20C.Rob showed up and he was professional and respectful to deal with, no hassle. He diagnosed the problem as blower motor needed to be replaced. He promptly provided the estimate to replace it. He went got the part and returned same day to replace it. He worked efficiently and left no mess behind. Very pleased with level of service and most important he got the job done right! No issues with furnace since. Forget large companies and give small business a try.

The service from Air Flow was amazing, our very old furnace failed and within a couple of days they had installed a full new furnace system. I had initially discussed with Rod and he was very responsive, helped us decide on a solution then had his team in right away. The pricing was competitive and the installation team were great. I had reached out to Rod based on other reviews and I feel lucky that we did. I would highly recommend, and the Lennox system they installed is significantly better than the unit we replaced.

Rod is very responsive and very professional. I did an online enquiry at 10pm on a Friday night and by 6am on Saturday morning he responded to my enquiry by both email and text. He called me and over the phone assisted me to diagnose the issue with my furnace. He came to my house at an arranged time and was on time to perform the repairs. My AC wasn’t working well. I called Air Flow based on another business recommendation and the reviews. Rod showed up in 15 minutes. Diagnosed and explained the problem to me and he promptly repaired it. The whole thing took less than an hour from phone call to payment. Couldn’t be happier and the AC is working perfectly!
